The food was atrocious. There was no real restaurant, only crowded buffet lines. They even charged for water with your meal. There were not enough chaise lounges around the pool. TOO MANY PEOPLE AND SCREAMING KIDS!

Reception staff were difficult to communicate with. Information was poor. Room numbers make no sense. Thursday was very busy in both the breakfast and evening, other days were fine. Staff were again difficult in the dining room. Aircon didn't work but it wasn't needed. Safety deposit box didn't work either.

Food was excellent. Loads of choice. Lots of pools and sunbeds this time of year. The kids club was great. Staff there were good.

Got bitten a lot in room , but never had doors open … so suggest some sort of anti fly killer spray for room if could be sprayed before staying

Not enough loungers by the pool, and chairs in the evening indoor entertainment area. Also a shame that for such a good quality hotel they did provide water free With meals.

Sunbed are "reserved" early in the morning. No kettle in the room.

Perfect location. Good parking but 15€ pr day. If you are lucky you can find a parking on street. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are not very large,but large enough.

The only thing that comes to mind is that sonetimes large groups register at once, if that's the case you better postpone your question for the receptionist a bit

During our stay the main pool and outdoor gym wasn’t open, neither was the outdoor bar or second restaurant. The food in the buffet was underwhelming

Very nice hotel, lively lots to do with family. Very close to the beach, wide range of food options on site with their restaurant and bars. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and other attractions. Rooms are bit small but very comfortable.

While some of the food was absolutely amazing, some dishes were quite poor, such as the hamburger "meat" - was it meat? Note that these were very few exceptions. Most of the food was good or even great.

We were in a quadruble room, which was nice and clean and spacious enough, with a useful balcony overlooking the sea. The staff in the reception was friendly and nice and always did their very best to help. The same can be said about the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant. There were always free places in the parking lot, which was convenient and easy to get in and out of. The mini-bar was with free soft drinks and sweets, which were refilled every day. Overall, the food was good with great variety.

No drinking water all day around ,at arrival we spent €10 on water at hotel … no large bottle is available at hotel to purchase either.

I understand its because of the winter months but they should ideally have it mentioned on booking.com, that the indoor kids playroom will be closed in winter, just as hotels do for swimming pools.

Minibar wasn't working at first, and the technical had to be a long time in the room fixing it, when we just wanted to be alone chilling... plus the staff came 4 or 5 times to bring things every time, I don't know why it just doesn't come with one worker and bring everything at once, needed to be getting out of bed and dress fast many times but ok...

The staff recommended an upgrade to the front room, and it was the best decision to take it. The room was much bigger with a living room and a huge balcony and the best part, a huge Bluetooth speaker, which made my birthday even better.
