- Rooms are not very soundproof due to the large glass front and generally quite clairaudient - Gym could be equipped better - Parking space is quite limited to max 10 cars. However, during April there was always a public parking spot in the streets available nearby

- Easy & smooth check-in - Great breakfast buffet with also healthy options - Heated olympic pool - Good pool bar with lunch/snack options - Very nice personnel

Laundry service was too expensive, but it was possible to use a self service laundry about 2km away.

Spacious and clean rooms and a huge bathroom. Excellent choice of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Good choice for families and bicycle holidays. Bus station is in front of the hotel.

Hard to say, as I stayed only for a night. If I have to say something would be the spa closing too early. But that's a very minor objection since you don't really want to be there with such a beach just a stone's throw to the hotel.

The style of the hotel is modern and the room was really comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. Peaceful place, you can breathe in the air that it's a place for hardcore cyclists and sporty people.

Fantastic large room and en-suite. The weather was not good for our stay so we didn’t use the pool area but we loved the food and the room was so comfortable and quiet it was very relaxing. Particularly appreciated Netflix 😀

I was here in October and the water temperature in the outdoor pool was so cold that it was impossible to stay in there for more than 2 minutes. I guess I should return in the summer :)

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast and the dinner was exceptionally good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We liked everything in this property! The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes to go to the most beautiful beach with blue water! We were upgraded with Premium room, and the size was quite big for family with 3 people. The bed is very good. The food is amazing during breakfast and dinner! Highly recommend!!!!

Noisy hallway to the rooms, poor sound proofing. Limited storage, no kettle or coffee machine available, just a tiny fridge.

Outstanding hospitality, super tentative and friendly staff. Although the property is not kids oriented, staff made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

No complaint of ours but perhaps a word of caution for certain travelers: if you are young and looking to party, you might want to consider a different part of the island.

A fantastic option for a relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, there's a number of pool options on site, a couple of bars, great breakfast included and dinner available - which is better than many of the nearby restaurants! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and include a balcony. We wanted a relaxing family break and it was perfect.

One of the rooms was not easily cool by the air conditioning. Curtains can be wider.

The food was great! The staff was very accommodating, and so nice. The rooms are great (we stayed at both suites and family rooms) although they would benefit for wider blackout curtains. family rooms a very comfortable but would benefit from a better distribution of air conditioning as one of the rooms, doesn’t get cold at all from the air conditioning. The spa services were 5 stars. Even though it’s not a family hotel, it is a very family friendly hotel.

We first stayed in the "suite with balcony", which in the photos looks great; in reality, the rooms are outdated, bleak, and with a strong smell of mildew. The rooms need serious renovation and upgrades, we felt uncomfortable there and paid for an upgrade. The premium suits are nice, but it felt that they tried to pay the least and make it look premium, e.g. the shower draining wasn't working well and every time we took a shower, a puddle formed next to the toilet, the small fridge made a lot of noise and only after complaining twice it was replaced, curtains were barely long enough to conceal sunlight and more. Elevator wasn't working properly once or twice

The hotel is overall okay if you stay in the premium suites. The pool is big and wasn't crowded when we visited, the staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was diverse to cater to our family's different preferences. The cleaning is done well as far as we could see.

The barn style door to the toilet and shower area didn’t offer a lot of privacy and the sofa bed in the room wasn’t the most comfortable, very hard, it would benefit from a thicker mattress or mattress topper.

The hotel is beautiful with lots of space. Excellent location and staff were extremely pleasant. Loved the pool and pool area. Food at the pool bar was very good.

Longer pool and spa access, late breakfast would be better. We are on a holiday and would like to use the facilities at late in the evening or at night

Exceptionally clean, very very spacious, 1 min walk to the best beach in Alcudia (Playa de Muro). The family room with sea view is the best and I’ll come back for sure. I stayed in another hotel because the third day there wasn’t an availability at this place and it felt like a downgrade to go to other places.
