The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. The evening meal was also excellent again with a lot of choice.

The hotel is on a steep hill. We were ok with that, but others may not be. There is a free hotel shuttle to the beach, which runs hourly. You have to book this at the reception desk, both ways in advance, thereby restricting your return time. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We asked for replacements and were told a flat no. We asked again, and thabkfully we were provided with much better ones. My husband had food poisoning from part of a cold omelette he ate at breakfast, which was unpleasant for him. He ended up mainly in the bathroom for 24 hours vomiting. We were half board and did not eat outside of the hotel. Therefore, it can only have come from buffet food. Most of which was lukewarm at best.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No complimentary water either. Breakfast was only warm rather than hot. No choice of breads, only bread for toasting or rolls. Lack of signage. We got lost a couple of times. Hotel was a bit scruffy in places.

The bed was large and comfy. Two comfortable chairs on the balcony. Spectacular view.

It is a little way from the town centre but that does not usually bother us as we are happy to eat in the hotel. The showers in the baths are a bit dated and not easy to get in and out of. Walk in showers would be better.

We always stay at this hotel when we are travelling around the area as it offers a buffet breakfast and dinner option to its guests. It also has a large lounge with a bar. The hotel is spacious and clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the rooms are well appointed. Comfortable beds and balconies.

The situation was further from the town than I thought, needed the free shuttle to go anywhere. Lots needed updating, the outside chairs were very uncomfortable and dirty. The sun lounges around the pool need replacing.

Good buffet, something for everyone. Quick checking. Reasonably priced drinks.

We felt the bathroom in our 426 a little tired, with cracked floor tile and a damaged bath that was quite slippery. Walk in showers are definitely the way forward. The bath towels were very thin and of poor quality and NOT very big. It would have have been great to have had tea making facilities in the room.

Ana on reception was really friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely smell, the breakfast was amazing so much choice. We would definitely stay again

Breakfast was good with choices varied. Tea and coffee could be easier to obtain. Juice choice was not big and difficult to know what was in container. Yogurt choice was limited as was cold choice cornflakes etc

The reception. They gave us the room what is not our reservation. We went there in order to have Pool View. But they gave us "sea view room". Sounds like good.... but the sea only in tiny corner. It is more like a neighborhood or street car road view.

I like to rooftop bar. But This bar is not belongs to this hotel.

We were on the ground floor Which was only serviced with one lift which was quite a walk to get too the lifts in the reception area do not go to the ground floor the layout of the hotel is complicated we had to go up one flight of stairs walk through the bar area and down another flight of stairs just to get to the restaurant the bedroom was ok but the bathroom was out dated and needed up grading also the hotel is up a steep hill which is not mentioned on the website

No entertainment on the nights we were there, location is a bit out of the way.

Food selection was excellent, Both breakfast and evening meal. Bar and terrace areas were very comfortable. 360 lounge was a treat.

The beds are a little on the hard side. WiFi was poor- ended up using mobile network.

The staff on reception were fantastic. They accomodated my request for a pool view as it was an anniversary. To top it all off, we received a bottle of Cava which was a nice touch.

The lighting in the spa especially in the sauna and Steam room were too low. In fact in those rooms It was non existent. Both changing rooms were small with not enough lockers. In the men's one It was soaking wet and covered un hair...It needs mopping more often. Breakfast... gluten free bread available but not any pastries/croissants etc Machines coffee horrid....not enough varieties of teas

Staff were friendly. Fabulous walk to lighthouse. Warm.
