The buffet breakfast is a bit expensive if you buy it in the day- the hotel could offer a discount for guests. Most of the complementary bikes are very old and rusty and should be replaced.

Spacious apartment, with a stunning sea view and extra large balcony. The Hotel is located on the quieter side at the end of the main promenade- you can cycle to the old town in 15 minutes( free bikes provided from the hotel). Excellent buffet breakfast.

Only thing that could have been better is the service at one of their restaurants, the waitress was a little bit rude. (Vento Restaurant) and the pool was closed.

The facilities are a bit outdated, they could use a freshen up. The heated swimming pool could be a bit warmer, together with its room, was quite cold when we stayed.

The hotel is in a very good position, right next to the beach. Rooms are big and with a very beautiful view. The Hotel comes with free access to the Spa, the Gym and a heated internal swimming pool very useful in winter. The breakfast is good and has a lot of options. The staff is kind and always available. WIFI is available and has good speed. The Hotel has internal restaurants and a small supermarket that are useful because in this area of Sitges there's none. We liked staying here.

Hard to reach the front desk because the automated voice is only in Spanish.

The hotel was everything and more. From the fact it is on the beach and has two open pools, the other amenities are also amazing and really saved our trip since the weather wasn't the best. I definitely recommend taking a visit to the sauna, gym, and even the mini market was the best! Obviously rent the bikes (for free :) ), that was our favorite part and have a chill day lounging in the robes

From our first encounter with check in to departure we couldn't have asked for better service. All staff we interacted with were awesome. We were upgraded from a basic room to a suite, and given use of bikes. The pool was excellent.

The room amenities were VERY sparse for the high price of the room. For example, there was no milk or creamer (not even powdered) for the coffee capsules, and when we asked for some, we were told we would have to go to the mini market and buy it ourselves. There was no tea or infusions. The free bike check out is wonderful. The bikes themselves are pretty crappy, but that doesn't really matter if you're just taking a leisurely bike ride on the promenade.

Beds were a little firm for our liking.

Staff were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Views from room were stunning. Food within bar restaurant was very tasty with a good choice of options. Indoor pool was fun and clean. Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Sitges.

The quality of the bycicle’s were bad (after summer season) - also they are free to use … the hotel is quite far from the center - so, bicycle is really an need for people which do not come for the GOLF and Beach.
