In my opinion this hotel is over-rated. It should have 2 stars only. The rooms are very basic. One of adventagr is low price

First day stay the cooked breakfast was cold as the heated trays didn't appear to be on. Better on the second day.

As a solo traveller I paid for a single bed room, which although clean, did not have much else in the room. A small clothes rail or wardrobe whould have been good. The only things there were coat hooks on the wall. I was only there for 2 nights, so it was manageable to live out of the suitcase.

Hotel was in a good position as it was only a 10 min walk from the train or bus station. It was then only a further 5 mins into the heart of the town where all the restaurants were, along with the main attractions of the cathedral, Royal Palace & the Gonzalez Byass (Tio Pepe) distillary lay. The staff are lovely and very helpful too.

The room didn't have a minibar to keep cold water and beverages, and the air condition didn't seem to cool the room

Very nice staff, they even helped me with some extra wishes that I had for my room. Amazing breakfast buffet, I expected toast and jam but they really had everything I could wish for!

Noisy from within the property, from neighbouring rooms, the corridors and what I assumed to be the water systems. Nice breakfast but eggs left out too long in warmers.

Close to station (10 min walk), and by the old town. Good blackout system in room. Baggage looked after upon departure until required. Hot water in bathroom.

Room was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom shower powerful which is very important. Hotel location is in old quarter filled historic buildings including churches and wineries. Great squares and streets with lots people out enjoying quality restaurants and bars

We visited a Hotel Trafalgar during January and the room was cold. It was possible to change room temperature via AC but it wasnt enought. Sorry.

The personal was very kind and talkative, but only in Spanish language... You can have a yummy breakfast here.

Cheap but not cheerful. My single room was bearly clean, very sparcely furnished and in need of a lick of paint. Not even a glass to aid cleaning my teeth and rinsing! Over bath shower with torn curtain and no anti-slip mat. Mediocre breakfast, cooked items (eggs, bacon etc) on buffet all cold. No staff anywhere to be seen. Not worthy of three stars

The WiFi was good and the air conditioning in the room worked. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Bathroom was badly designed so you had to sit with your legs at an angle to avoid the bath. Pretty minor really as excellent value.

Location great, staff great, price great and for €6 they let me park my motorbike in a secure and handy underground garage. Super breakfast included in the excellent price. Jerez definitely worth a visit. Loved it 😎😎

We had to be relocated room wise because the bathroom was practically impossible to use. The changeover was down to us, no help at all transferring towels, etc. No toiletries available. Breakfast poor choice.

Location was good. Staff were friendly. Checking in/out was easy enough.
