The one gripe I had is that the seasonal fresh fruit was unavailable due to it being so late on in the season, which is fair enough.

Very vibrant hotel with beautiful decor and attentive staff. Nothing was too much of an ask, and all the staff were super personable. We stayed at the end of the season and it was pretty chilled vibe here, very much needed after closing parties!

The hotel could use a fresh paint job and little fixes here and there, but this did not take away from the great vibe the hotel had.

The hotel chain has amazing opportunities to use all the chain hotels in Ibiza while you are staying in one. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.

One big disappointment was the mattress :( For the amount of money that you are paying and how gorgeous the hotel is, I found extremely weird that the mattress wasn’t really a mattress.. it was more like a mat. Not the best after partying for hours and in desperate need of a good sleep

The hotel is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. It’s also very quiet and it feels quite boutique, while still being in the best and busiest location. Rooms are huge and gorgeous. The staff is amazing!!! Super helpful and lovely, always helping with anything you need.

The service stood out the most for me! Ari made delicious, high quality cocktails and provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly and made the experience lounging by the pool top notch. Aida was also very helpful with checking me in, answering questions, providing recommendations and assisting with luggage storage after my check-out. Both ladies made my time at Tropicana Ibiza memorable and I’m so grateful to have met them my first time visiting Ibiza. I appreciate the outstanding hospitality and warm welcome to Ibiza.

Nothing — this place is the BEST!

Very cool and vibrant hotel! The best accommodation we saw around Ibiza for the great price they advertise. The rooms are really spacious and modern. Every part of the hotel was clean. They offer daily servicing of the rooms too. The pool area always played great music and all staff were super friendly.

The rooms were not cleaned often enough. The cleaning schedules were not idea as people who come to Ibiza for events mostly sleep during the day and are out late afternoon most times. So cleaning in the morning is not sensible when people are back in the mornings. Very expensive for what you get as well.

Great boutique hotel with all the bells and whistles to keep you comfortable on your holiday. Great proximity to all of the fun bits of Playa den Bossa. Not far from the beach and access to a pharamacy nearby

Such a peaceful hotel very clean. Pool was amazing and was never crowded. Rooms were massive and had air conditioning which was a life saver and the balcony’s with the best views.

Only complaint is that drinks took a while to make / bar closed at 5:30. It would have been nice to get drinks with friends there before going out. The drinks were really fresh so I understand it takes time- perhaps having another bartender would help out, as I noticed people having to wait a long time for their drinks.

The aesthetic and the cleanliness were top notch. Everything was pristine and clean- seemed new.

As is challange with most of the spanish hotels, Language has been a challange. Niether every staff knows the language, nor everyone is happy to help. But Aida was very good with us.

Very good decor.. Miami style decor..very spacious suite.. and access to sea beach and pool through other sister hotel has been excellent experience.

Just a couple of little things that could change this hotel from good to really good! The air con was not that good in our room and considering it was 32-35 degree heat outside it was a bit of a bummer! Also the curtains could do with being a bit thicker or even black out other than that we loved our stay here and would recommend to others.

The room was lovely, loved the decor and open plan room. Has alll the usual mod cons you would expect and very clean. Really close to everything in Playa d'en bossa. HI club and bars just a 5 minute walk away

The hotel could do with a little TLC (other than the manager who is fantastic), and the front desk team could be a little more attentive and caring to customers enquiries beyond the hotel policies.

We encountered a couple of hiccups to our ground floor room during our stay, which at first was concerning, however these issues were attended to by the manager of the hotel, Ivan, who made positive arrangements to ensure the remaining of our stay in Ibiza (at another Concept Hotel) was great, and with incredible customer service until our departure. Issues are at times inevitable (in this case the issues were results of a storm prior to our stay), however it is the Customer Service that plays a huge role in ensuring a comfortable stay as well as contributing to a positive and memorable holiday which my friends and I really appreciated. The hotel location is perfect for accessibility to the clubs and main stretch of boutique stores and plenty of lovely restaurants surrounding. Their pool area is quaint, intimate and clean, a bonus that we could also visit their partner hotel at the beachfront.

The bar closed really early. It was meant to be 6pm but the staff stopped serving at 5:30pm to clean which meant when we ordered drinks we were told we couldn’t. Opening the bar later or at least serving drinks right until closing time would make a difference. It was a great bar with amazing drinks though!

Amazing aesthetics, great AC, lovely staff, the pool was fantastic and the location was perfect. They were able to book us taxis quickly and easily and the fact we could use the sister hotel facilities was great as it’s right on the beach and has a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms were a good size even with three people sharing

- We found 3 huge cockroaches in our room over 3 days which was a bit gross, - our shower didn’t have a glass screen so water went absolutely everywhere in the bathroom, - there was no blanket on the bed (only a sheet - so we had to request one, after that very comfy bed!) - One of the girls on the front desk was a bit rude, we asked her to order us a taxi and after waiting for 10 minutes in the lobby right next to her we went back and asked her roughly how much longer, and she said the taxis had cancelled and we should just walk outside to see if we can get one.

the decor and vibe of this hotel are fantastic! in general the rooms were clean and most staff were helpful. The pool was great!
