Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bedroom was large, great, but the bed was small and rather cheap looking. One that you would pull out of the garage for extra children to sleep on. Very unexpected for a hotel that size and 'grandeur' that it presents on the outside. It took me half an hour to straighten out my back after an uncomfortable night.
The hotel was easy to get to from the motorway. (With an extra cost of €10 to park the car in the hotel carpark). A lift to the various floors from the basement carpark

Everything was fine. If you like to walk, we can say it walking distance to historical attractions but it' better return by bus or taxi.
The hotel infrastructure was good. Thereon has a good space and the bed is comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Nothing . As with all inland spain areas, the lack of food providers between 4pm and 8 30pm is a real nuisence
The location is great for travel to and from the costa del sol. We are regular travellers in Spain and this Breakfast is the best this year. Great room and very comfortable bed.

Very slow check in. The floor in the room wasn’t very clean, hair and fluff. Shower screen leaked quite badly. (Room 202).

Sadly Spain has one problem for travellers. After a long daytime drive from Santander you have to wait until 8 30 pm to have a decent meal. A decent snack bar or better will always be good news!!! The local "Mac Donalds" was terrible. (but close to the hotel)

Dinner was a big disappointment,cold plate with Pork Cheeks getting cooler by the second and the restaurant surroundings is abismall but the breakfast restaurant is totally different really nice so all in all we would stay here again as it is good value for money
Easy access from the Motorway, very comfortable room and beds, ease of checking in and out, decent wi fi, and the breakfast was exceptional 👍

Mini fridge in the room should be mandatory for an hotel like this. Specially in a place where temperatures generally go over 35•C Swimming Pool closing between 14:00 and 16:00 is understandable but still a negative.
Great decoration based on the city theme. Staff was nice, the swimming pool is really good and has plenty of supporting facilities. The breakfast is very good with a solid variety. Location is good with every service nearby, the downside is that you’re in the middle of 2 main roads.

My old son was affraid to sleep on the top bed because it didn't felt safe. He slept with us on the main bed and young daughter on the lower bed (it is a bunk bed). I heard some strange noises inside the walls of the room. Seemed like some kind of animal was inside the walls.
Breakfast is very good. Pool is also awsome. Staff is very friendly and always available to help you on our questions. Mall accross the street with some options to eat on lunch or dinner.

The hairdryer has to be replaced and some basic commodities can add to the room for 4 stars standard: coffee and mini bar in the room. There’s only a bar serving dinner and lunch but no restaurant A swimming pool bar would add value to the experience.
The breakfast was good as well as the swimming pool, the room space and parking. The gym was good but small
