The only real negative was the fact that the beds were so uncomfortable that it was difficult to sleep. The mattresses were incredibly stiff and hard and the pillows were a bit too flat and soft. Also it was quite warm in the room, even in November

We really enjoyed the private room with our own bathroom and shower. The rooms themselves were also quite clean and nice looking. We didn’t use it, but it was a bonus that the hostel had so many facilities like the pool, rooftop bar, laundry, etc.

The pressure of water in the wash basin was so crazy that was impossible to wash your face or something ,you just got wet immediately. We had an issue with tge toilet tank, the water didn't fill it and was just going through. I told hotel personal about it, we were offered either to fix or to have another room. It was late in the night on our last day and a girl did fix it, but in the morning we had the same problem again

The Hostel is very good located, close to the beach, metro, centre, supermarket… The room was quite good.

The air conditioning was noisy, and the toilet tank sometimes leaked.

We booked a private room for 4 people, the room was very small but ok for short stay. The bed sheets were somehow old but clean. However, we had to put the cover on pillows and blankets ourselves which was a little bit inconvenient. Hand soap was expected in the bathroom sink.

Terrace on the roof was amazing, the staff were friendly, free luggage room before check in and after check out. Metro station was 7 mins walk from the hostel. Nice and safe area

At night I heard people talking in the hall. Heard they were knocking on the next door and woke up thinking it was for me.

Too small for me & kids

Small space for travellers to sleep and good for travellers with not much time spent in the room. Near to metro (+200m), bus AlX1 (100m)

Not an issue with TwentyTu as such but Trip Advisor still today stating this venue has ‘Paid Private Parking’ and ‘Car Park’. This was a major factor in choosing the location. On arrival we were told there is no car parking but were allowed to unload our bags using the small staff car park (3 spaces). The male on the desk (sorry didn’t get his name, but had lived in UK and was extremely helpful) assisted in helping me book & pay for 48 hours parking in the Telpark on the next block. This is a manned security car park however on the morning we left we found our car window smashed & car broken into. I have contacted Trip Advisor about the seemingly false information they have listed as this unfortunate incident could well have been avoided if parking at the venue wasn’t falsely advertised. I must reiterate this has nothing to do with the staff at TwentyTu who were kind, helpful & compassionate throughout.

Very friendly helpful staff, nice facilities for backpackers. Secure storage for valuables. Easy walking to Barcelona tourist hotspots.

Beds were a bit hard l. Didn’t care for the 17 second shower and sink.

Good location. It’s a hostel but the room was all we needed. Bonus that the lockers locked with the room key too. Two metro stops close by and a red bus stop close too

We were a bit put out that the overhead lights were off overnight. Not great for a 6 am departure!

The kitchen facilities were great. The staff were so good and helpful when they heard our things had been stolen. This kindness was very much appreciated after a bad day.

In our room air conditioner was not working and at night it was really cold. Also lights are closing at 12 to save energy.

The workers were trying to help all the time, also especially the terace was really nice. Room was clean.

I did not like that the room did not have any chair and desk. I did not like that the water taps close automatically every few seconds which makes taking a shower a nightmare. I did not like that the sink used for washing face did not have hot water...only cold water, on top closes every few seconds automatically, which makes saving a nightmare. I did not like that i could not get an iron board and iron machine to the room and needed to iron my shirts at the lobby next to the receptionists. I did not like the breakfast which was very poor ...maybe good for teenagers but not for adults.

Water supply in a shower triggered for 17 seconds till a button is pressed again for the new portion of water. It's claimed to be eco-friendly, but still a bit inconvenient. Not so critical though.

I disliked the showers and sink. The water would only stay on for about 17 seconds, so it made showering more difficult. The sink water would spray every time you would use it. So, the counter would be very wet. I also disliked that toiletries were NOT included. I wish that this hostel would automatically include soaps in the price. We also had to make our beds, which could easily be done by the staff.

The location was very good. The terrace views were amazing. The private rooms and bathroom were very nice since they allowed us to have more privacy. It worked for what we needed, which was a place to sleep.
