Only (minor) inconvenience is the distance from the car parking to the front door... but we brought too much and weren't well enough organized.

Amazingly welcoming hotel for those travelling with dogs. Room was very comfortable (for us and the dog ;-)) and we even had a private enclosed patio area right outside. Hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway, and 5min to a beautiful beach and lovely little town.

What a gem! I was transported to Provence, with the most beautiful and friendly staff members. The potpourri bags on the beds, the handmade bears for the children, complimentary cakes, drinks and charcuterie 24/7. And a great location close to Orio and San Sebastian.

Next to a road - no side walks

There was a construction site next to the hotel, but that's nothing to blame the hotel for. Since the room was isolated pretty well, it wasn't too loud, as long the door to the balcony was closed.

The Hotel is located in the center of the city in the shopping area. The room is big and comfortable, the bathroom is modern with a bathtub for two people and a very good shower.

The staff were very attentive to our 6-year-old and even gave him a stuffy toy which he has cherished every since. The breakfast was very good with a lot of attention to detail, such as a lovely shark mug for the hot chocolate.

A wonderful experience a beautiful and quiet hotel surrounded by vegetation, fresh air , very clean and romantic vibes all over the place 😍 The staff very friendly and ready to help to make your stay comfortable! The breakfast presentación absolutely adorable and delicious and the room super nice! 2 minutes car ride from Orio. Very recommendable we will definitely come back next time we are in País Basco

The Owner and Staff were so kind, attentive and helpful. The room was very well decorated, large stylish bathroom, bedding and beds were the best and access to outside was great for our 3 Dacshunds. Of which, were so welcome and even at breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and came like a posh afternoon tea. Free champagne and nibbles were available in the Restaurant all day. Just amazing. It was so good, we decided to stay an extra night.

The only „negative“ point is the road which is in front of the hotel which makes it noisy at times. But everything else was just perfect and I would come back anytime 🙂

The Hotel is really cute and maintained with a lot of love by the owners. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy. The breakfast is outstanding. They are really paying attention to the details. Loved staying there!

No smoking outside or under hotel windows. Smoke just blows into the "non-smoking" room. Move smokers to the roof or far enough away that smoke doesn't blow in windows.

Complimentary treats in the afternoon, great breakfast! Large shower.

Generous spirited feel. Beautifully appointed. Lovely extras such as Sangria or champagne on arrival. Treated us beautifully though we had been walking all day.
