This was not a fancy or lovely experience. It was just a clean place to stay and sleep. Not a great holiday experience.

Good, business-like hotel. It was not as "charming" as I expected. Just a basic good place to stay, with parking. We did not include the breakfast. The room had a very nice view. Parking was tight!!!!

Breakfast disappointing, no yoghurts, very little fresh fruit, eggs pre made so cold. Felt like a cafeteria, produce very basis. Better to go for breakfast outwith rhe hotel,many nice cafes serving good coffee.

I removed one point because the aircon (hot air) was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep, so I just left open the window of my bedroom and toilette (in plain winter...).

Very nice and welcoming staff at the reception. I booked a single room, and this was spacious, very clean and confortable. Very good breakfast. Beatiful hotel in general, and the price was very reasonable (unlike the others around). The (separate private) parking is just 50m/100mts from the hotel.

You can hear everything through the walls, so if you have loud (or drunk) neighbours, you might -like we experienced- wake up in the middle of the night with some "special noises" followed by snoring. We had a good laugh though. The shower was a bit difficult to use and could need some maintenance.

The walls seem thin as we could hear our neighbours TV clearly and then him snoring all night. Unfortunately we didn’t have a restful stay.

This time around, I booked a single bedroom and it was small. The layout is interesting though, with the bed by the wall making the room look bigger than it is. Some other properties in Zaragoza could learn a thing or two from this hotel. I also had trouble with the excessive noise that came into the room from the hallways and adjacent quarters. The walls are very thin and sleeping during the day is not an option.

Fantastic staff, great restaurant, and the location is great just by the old town and the cathedral. The food is somewhat what keeps me coming to this hotel. I also love the restaurant staff, who always makes me feel welcome.

There is no sound proofing, so you can hear the guest next door or the housekeeping in the morning.

They did not answer booking message on a point on child occupancy which created a more complex situation (solved ok, in the end). We had to pay for child bed (which we used, in the end) even if some rooms had big enough beds for co-sleeping. Very noisy from the street even if room was facing a side alley. Very slow and small elevator. Little natural light.

The hotel is very centrally located, great access to main attractions. The staff was friendly. The price without breakfast was good. Big room, clean, basic amenities working well.

Fantastic little cozy hotel. Clean and new (or newly remodeled?) The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom and room was clean and up to date. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and professional. We just loved it!

Noise seemed to carry and even late at night I could hear clanging, bumps, furniture moving, and other strange noises. Of course, it could be that my room was haunted. It was just after Halloween.

The staff was friendly and helpful whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or for breakfast. The location is unbeatable. It is in the heart of the old city and not more than 30 minutes from the Aljafería Palace. Lots of very good restaurants nearby and I got all my souvenirs at the shop next to the hotel.

We had an issue with our dinner the night we ate there. The steak was not cooked well and was delivered to our table after I had finished my meal.

Easy check in, taxi right to the door and then from the door back to the station. Helpful staff.
