Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

While close to the airport it is not possible to walk there and the taxi is 15 euros

There was nothing we didn't llike, it was perfect for what an airport hotel needs to do.
Great location within a 3 minute walk of Girona airport check in, very easy walk with luggage as the hotel had a lift and the walk to the airport had ramps. We only stayed here for a few hours because our flight was late at night and our city centre accommodation had to be vacated at 11am and unusually for Spain the weather was chucking it down. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent hot shower and spotlessly clean en suite. The bar at the hotel provided a good range of drinks. The hotel appeared to have a nice pool and spa facilities, but we didn't use.

We stayed here as we had a flight that arrived late. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport. The bar has decent food and beer and is reasonably priced.

i could hear every noise from the floor.

Free parking, but small. I didn't have any issue with it, but I suspect in the high season it might be different (there's a near parking, but not free). Having a fridge would have been great. More expensive than other hotels in the area.
Good big room. Quiet area. Extremely close to the airport (accessible at walking distance) to those interested (it was not my case, though). Reception 24 h (real, no isue for checking in after 11 pm). Nice staff.

Hotel was v clean but it is very much a functional hotel it served a purpose access to airport but would not stay here otherwise.

Well, except the location there unfortunately aren’t any other things that would make one book a room here. Price/quality ratio is low, the building and rooms are old plus our room wasn’t that clean. We paid less for a huge apartment with seaside view, located at 30 meters from beach in Sitges and the difference in comfort, cleanliness and facilities is enormous and 100% not in favor of this place.
I believe the only good thing about the hotel was location, it’s 3-5 minutes walking from the terminal and if anyone has an early morning flight (like we had at 5AM), this is a good option.

Value for the money is good. Location is great, it's 2 minutes from the airport. Staff is really polite. Room and bathroom are clean with enough space. I would recommend it. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have kettle in the room.

It's location very convenient to the airport, just a 5 min walk to the terminal building. It is quite clean and the staff are very helpful. The food is not fine dining but available til 9pm. The outdoor bar / dining area is a nice feature.

The room had a humid/weird smell which made sleep a bit unconfortable. You could here everything from other rooms and people were quite loud with the doors. A reminder on be silent from a certain hour should be a must.
Its located close to the airport which is great.
