The calefactor wasn't working. The bathroom was kind of horrible. The curtain was outside the bathroom, so all the floor got wet when I showered.

I loved the helpful staff and the close proximity to many places. Perfect. Location if I say so.

The shower head was set up poorly, shot water out of the tub. It should have been on the other wall.

Well sited hotel close to the sights. The cathedral is close by. Walking distance. Jaen is quite extensive so it is hard to get a central hotel. Good breakfast. The staff were helpful and offered helpful advice.

Check in took rather a lot of computing and time. Stale smell cleared in the bedroom with open window but not from the wardrobe. Shower could benefit from modernising. Parking a little pricey.

Good location for historic centre and cafes. Hotel now has its own indoors parking zone nearby. Lift useful, especially to 8th floor rooftop for fantastic view and outdoor seating. Room comfortable. Good coin coffee machine in lobby.

The hotel is quite old and needs a full renovation. In our room there was a very bad noise isolation, we could hear everything happening outside and next door. Also, there is no fridge in the room. The breakfast was a bit poor without any hot meals, only sandwiches, cookies and fruits.

The beds in the room are really king size and very comfy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and they could even speak a descent English. The view from rooftop terrace was amazing!

The air-conditioning unit did not work properly and I was up and down all night trying to keep the room cool. Although we were upgraded to a king size bed rather than the twin room which was originally booked, the room was quite small, with no view. The roof terrace was lovely, but seemed to be unstaffed. There was obviously some problem with the plumbing in the hotel as there was a sewerage smell everything the toilet was flushed.

The hotel reception staff were pleasant upon arrival. The hotel was in a good position with a lovely square right outside the door, and we were lucky enough to be there when they had live entertainment. The roof terrace was a lovely addition with great views over the old town and towards the cathedral. Breakfast was included in the price and had everything needed to kick start the day.

There was bad smell coming from the bathroom ventilation. The room was old fashioned and lacked fridge. The bathroom was small, stinked and there was not soap to clean up the hands (only shower gel in a small tube).

The room featured big bed, comfortable chairs and table. There is clean and secure parking on disposal. The guy at the reception was amazing. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

the walls between rooms are like papers you can literally hear every word. the guests next to me had TV on whole night, I could hear it like i was next to me. i would not stay again.
