Super quiet location Easy parking 5-10min drive and you are at many restaurant and super market options. Extremely friendly staff, great service and they went out of their way to help me with my requests. Beautiful view out of the window

No kettle in room or anywhere to get a tea or coffee if you wanted one around the restaurant hours. Air con wasn't working so quite warm in room. Room Service wasn't answering to be able to place an order but phoned reception and they went to kitchen to place the order. Food was cold when it arrived.

Front of house staff were very helpful Garden room was a lovely location and doors opened to an area we could sit. Hotel felt secure with gates to hotel closed. The room was very clean on arrival. Nice towels supplied. Toiletries supplied.

It was quite far from the centre of Madrid, not even a walking distance. Although Moncloa is a lovely place, I wanted to be close to the centre of Madrid but from this location without a vehicle of your own. It takes at least 2 modes of transportation to get to the centre. This has nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything was good. Great for business trips. Amazing view from my room.

Very difficult to find. Google Maps could not get us there and mislead us to an incorrect address. Called the hotel who was able to get us within a mile and had to ask local police to help us get to the hotel. They had to call into their office for guidance

It was clean, comfortable and had their own restaurant. It was highly secure as a gated community In warmer weather and with more time we would have really enjoyed being there.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

The location out of the heavy traffic in the center and the easy access to the airport even it takes 20 minutes drive to get to terminal 4. The breakfast had enough choice to please everybody. The cleanliness was perfect.

I was delighted to see that they had mugs so I could have a decent cuppa for a change. Tea is just not the same abroad. But the water in the dispenser had not long been switched on so the hot water was still cold. I asked for hot water, the woman felt the heater said "oh it's cold" and that was that. No hot water so I never got my tea No soundproofing so you here alot of noise from other rooms and corridor.

The only down-side of the hotel was that the hot food wasn't that hot, for example there was no boiling water which you had to ask to be made. The restaurant staff was rude and not friendly.

The location was great - one minute walk to the bus stop. The pool by the hotel was lovely for the hot weather and is open from 10am to 8pm. Fantastic breakfast with huge choice of everything. Secure on-site car parking. It was also very nice to have a fridge in the room and a surprise to have welcome drinks in it.

Mattresses and pillows are very poor, ok for a couple of nights, but for a longer period I would not be able to sleep on them. In the room and on the territory of the hotel there is very poor Wi-Fi, or rather it is practically non-existent.

The hotel is nice, very quiet and calm. With good free parking and comfortable location. The taxi costs from 13-16 euro to the city center, and you have a bus near the hotel too. We really liked the tranquility and privacy of the hotel as well as the silence. The rooms was pretty old, but clean.

We were staying the night to pick up family the next day that were arriving from the airport. It was a bit farther than we realized (about half an hour) but was an easy drive on main roads.

There's no electric car chargers in the property or nearby. We had to drive to Ciudad de la Imagen to find one.

Location is perfect for our family..Quiet suburbs with quick access to highway. The triple room was a great fit. We love the pool and grassed gardens. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Amazing breakfast.
