Pool shut despite weather (25°+) Charged additional due to Copa Del Rey final, despite not travelling for the occasion. Noisy in the evening (chairs being clattered in the courtyard)

I can honestly say that there is nothing that comes to mind that I could say negatively about the whole experience of staying at the Zenit.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was made up each day and fresh sheets were put on the day before we left. The reception staff were very friendly welcoming and informative. The restaurant which is part of the hotel offered a very good choice of menu both for breakfast and the evening meal. We would particularly like to say a big thank you to Abigail and Jesus who workedIn the restaurant and were very attentive and patient.

Ventilation extract to bathroom was a little weak so steam after showers took a while to clear!

Milk and coffee in rooms would be welcome

Location superb for sightseeing Sevilla. Surprisingly quiet for a good nights sleep. Comfortable rooms. Excellent welcome by reception staff. Overall a lovely hotel which we will be returning too.

The location was ideal. But the staff were excellent. The person who was particularly exceptional was Saul who went above and beyond to spend hours with us. He successfully booked us train tickets to Jerez under tight and crowded circumstances! He was fantastic!!! The food in the restaurant was also excellent!

We stayed in one of the appartments which I would highly recommend. The hotel is very modern and comfy with excellent facilities including the fitness room and an underground car park. The location in Triana is also very good with the main sights only a 10/15 minute walk away

The quality of everything in the hotel was superb, my only negative is the quality of the toilet roll, like tissue paper! I just thought such a little detail let the hotel down slightly, as it came across as a cost saving exercise. The mattresses were quite firm too, but appreciate that this is personal preference.

The hotel is stunning, the decor is gorgeous and there are so many sofas/seats everywhere, so always places to sit and watch the world go by! The location is brilliant, about a 15 minute walk into the centre over the bridge, however there are many restaurants and bars located along the way, all offering gorgeous tapas. The bus stop is across the road from the hotel, where the city hopper bus stops, and also all the normal buses, we used both, very easy. There was a great selection at breakfast, and you can also order fresh eggs/omelette from the kitchen. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, told us all about the areas of Seville and gave us a map on arrival.
