Per my opinion the level of the closet is little bit high. Even with my height it was uncomfortable to sit on that. also about bed - it is too soft. Plus pillows are very very soft. Should be at least 1 more firm.

Interior in rooms is a bit outdated but everything is clean and beds comfortable.

Great location next to the water, shops and restaurants etc just around the corner. Very friendly and professional staff. New breakfast room with nice view over the water, excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

Great breakfast buffet. Hotel built originally in 1970's, renovated, different rooms somewhat different style, all very clean. Air conditioning unit in room. Hotel staff approached in English, language skills variable (some did not speak Swedish, most did not speak Finnish). Service in Finnish style, brief but belpful and polite, no tipping expectations of course. Location next to sea in the centre, you can walk everywhere. Biking recommended, have loaners, rentals near.

Too much noise from outside. Lots of the places were either closed or closed early in September.

Design is a little bit outdated. There are several bars just on the other side of the street and on the weekend it was very noisy till early morning hours.

Outdated 80’s vibe - partly cool, partly gloomy. Great opportunity for freshening up.

Good location. Superclean rooms with all the essential. Excellent breakfast including also local delicacies. Amicable and helpful service. Free shuttle bus to ferry terminal in summer season. Sea view room recommended.

Be aware that in the summer season music is played very loundly outdoors, and in some rooms it feels like they were playing in your room, and the walls don't seem to cancel any noise. If you are looking for a modern hotel then this is not the one. But we quite enjoyed the 90's vibe. Overall, the hotel was clean, but the daily housekeeping was very minimal. They did not make beds or clean the rooms, they just emptied the trash.

The hotel is located at the best possible place for a hotel in Mariehamn. The breakfast was excellent, I already miss it! I was happy that also vegan options and local specialities were available. We enjoyed the two swimming pools and the sauna. The rooms were nice.

I thought the room could have been cleaner, especially in times of covid. I found hairs from other people and dust. There was a blue light I couldn't turn off or hide, it was shining right towards the bed and lit up the room, pretty annoying when you need proper sleep.

I really liked the breakfast! The staff who brought it was very sweet and friendly too! I liked the bathtub and the Rituals products. The sheets in the bed was cosy and there was several nice pillows. Room was spacious enough too.

The building itself is ugly and without any character. But to us it didn't matter.

Loved the view of the seaside harbour. Our room was one of the new ones and the beds were super comfortable. Location is perfect.
