Minna the owner was super nice. We arrived early in the morning and she let us do an early check-in. She explained us everything about the apartment and then the experience started. It was well-located, it has all the needed amenities and in addition the sauna for the cold and energetic days was amazing to finish the day. To sum up, just amazing.

The apartment is very nice, modern and very well equipped! The owner took care of every detail. Great sauna. Perfect position in front of the bus station going to airport/santa claus village, very close to a supermarket, shopping centre and city center. Location is excellent.. easy walk to the city centre.. Santa village bus stop right across the road. The apartment was spotless throughout with all the essentials(even little things you might have forgotten such as toiletries). It was always warm when we came back. Loads of sockets to recharge everything.

The location of the apartment was convenient, close to all the meeting points of the activities we booked and to the city center with restaurants, shopping mall and supermarkets. It was super clean and got everything we were looking for to feel confortable in it.

I have like every single thing in this apartment. It was delightful.

Let me put this property this way. If anything is missing there then you don’t need it. This place is so cozy and warm, the host has invited us to feel home I felt pampered. The host is warm and welcoming. The location could not be better, maybe 5 minutes walk to the centre, to the walking street and nice restaurants. The sauna was excellent. I would write more about this place but nobody will read that much. If we will go back to Rovaniemi we will stay for sure here again.

Nice, quiet apartment with a very good location. The place is well-equipped and it was nice and cool although the weather outside was really warm. The bed is supercomfy! The friendly owner met me at the apartment and told me how everything works. I highly recommend this place and will visit again!

Minna was very responsive and friendly prior to arrival. We were running late and Rainer waited at the apartment to let us in and was very welcoming when we arrived and they have arranged a helpful book with lots of information for visitors. The apartment itself had everything we needed and is organised very well with nice furniture and amenities/accessories. It is very well located with the train station, bus stops for Santa Claus Village, town centre and a supermarket all within a close walk. Overall, the apartment is excellent value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very welcoming and friendly, it was easy to collect the keys, the apartment is super modern and spacious, and the sauna was absolutely wonderful. Warm, comfortable with everything you need, including a comprehensive kitchen. Can't recommend this place enough!

First of all great communication and support from Minna Eriksen! We were exactly advised how to get to the address. Upon arrival (before a "formal" check in), Minna met us and explained about apartment appliances. Everything is new, full equipped kitchen - nothing was missing. Minna helped us with underground parking lot. Did a short tour around the place and advised about points of interest, shopping. Also during our staying we got any needed support. The place of apartment is 10min from city center, very comfortable, quiet place. Indeed recommended!

A bit pricy

The appartment is exactly like the photos. Minna was a super host! Replying to all my questions, sharing recommendations. She was waiting for us up to our arrival to give some instructions and the keys. Very nice lady. The appartment is very comfortable! Very cozy and warm. Less than 10 minutes away from the center (walking distance)

Immaculately presented apartment..very centrally located, close to shopping centre and supermarkets. The sauna was a fabulous amenity!! We hired a car, and for a reasonable fee, benefitted from secure underground parking. Minna, our host, was so helpful and kind...she really made us feel very welcome and even left a gift for each of our girls...a perfect host with perfect accommodation!!

The entire apartment is tastefully fitted-out and decorated. The in-house sauna is brilliant. The place is quiet and in a fantastic location. Communication with the owner was excellent.

A little hot in the nights

Spotlessly clean, family run. The host was amazing, met us at the apartment eventhough our flight was late, she messaged me beforehand to offer to book a taxi and get some shopping in as we would be arriving late. She also sent me details about local events. Could not have asked for anyone better.
