Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe bath was a nuisance with a central tap into the middle that got in the way all the time. The Internet connection was a nuisance requiring logging on to 'Hilton Honours'. It disrupted my international call on arrival
The location and facilities were excellent. As a more 'up-market' hotel things were a it more expensive than I would like compared to other hotels in the area, but there was less to worry about. It was an easy hot walk to Port Denaru where shops, money change, and boat tours depart. I was particularly happy to take a shower some hours after checkout before I got on the 10 hour plane trip home

AustraliaThere was nothing we didn't like about this resort. Slight wait at reception at peak times but we were on "Fiji time" anyway so didn't really bother us.
Room was lovely and well stocked with necessities. Bed was large and comfortable. Very clean and serviced daily. Bottled water supplied daily as well. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Location was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the whole vibe in the resort.

New ZealandWe never used the kids club as there wasn’t enough shade throughout the day. More sails were needed to fully cover the wonderful outdoor area or some trees planted.
All the staff were amazing throughout the Resort, they responded promptly to any of our needs. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Apartment was modern with a fabulous large deck with furniture and BBQ.

New ZealandWe found the food at dinner underwhelming. I couldn't tell the bacon from the chicken as both were overcooked.
The accommodation was good, especially having a bath and laundry.

United States of AmericaThere was confusion about breakfast which was uncomfortable. I was told I had breakfast included at check in and I said are you sure I normally do not book breakfast but they insisted. Then when we were eating breakfast they said I had to pay and I said no, the only reason we are eating is because we were told to eat since we pre paid for it. They had reception call me at breakfast, and when I came to the phone they weren't there, it was embarrassing. Then the charge was on my bill, and we didn't eat there again and at check out they said again I did pay for breakfasts. They took the charge for the one day off which I was thankful for but the whole thing was confusing and frustrating. SO I guess i pre paid for breakfasts but only ate one of them and was almost double charged for it but the extra charge was fixed in the end, but still pre paid for a few breakfasts we did not get to eat. However that could not ruin our stay as we loved it there.
The staff were amazing. Ray was full of life and love and hooked us up with Ali who drives for the hilton. He took us to the mud bath and hot springs, the temple, market, lunch at first landing. We then hired him again to take us to Natadola beach, that was one of our best days ever. FIND ALI You won't regret it. I miss him. The asian restaurant was pretty good. The lobster at the main dining room was yummy and very well presented. We loved taking the bula bus and resort hopping or going to the port. We will definitely be back to Fiji

New ZealandOne room wasn't made up as requested and took a few hours to sort out. The dishwasher didn't work although on check-out, the staff were very apologetic and gave us a partial refund which was appreciated.
We had a two bedroom unit with a kitchen and BBQ which suited us really well. We liked how most areas are beach facing and the feeling of space the Hilton has. The adults only area is great with good attention to detail and the staff were attentive. Two of us really enjoyed the water aerobics, and the Bula Express was fantastic when we didn't fancy walking.

we loved our time at the Hilton. Staff were amazing and so was the Buffet Breakfast! Added bonus of the adults only pool/restaurant. We will definitely be returning

AustraliaThe WIFI seemed to be turned off at night. Podcasts help me sleep during the night, so I had to resort to downloaded ones. The resort is very long, so bring good walking shoes. (Yes, you can catch the Bula Bus, but who wants to wait.) We ended up with blisters. The beach isn't very nice - grey sand and boggy grass. The apartment was attractive, comfortable and spacious, but VERY expensive. Most of the money goes immediately offshore. Only the locals who score a job at the international hotels help the Fiji economy. The realisation that our tourist dollars don't help Fiji much occurs when you catch the local bus to Nadi. Potholes, crumbling infrastructure, sad tourist market, beggars in the street, buildings crumbling - not being repaired or replaced. It was a bit sad to see. The Garden of the Sleeping Giant had various walks closed due to lack of maintenance :-( The big hotel chains have a hold on the tourist market in Fiji - a shame there are not more local options.
The breakfast had an extensive spread. Forget losing weight when tempted with so many different dishes!

United KingdomThe poolside food wasn't great.
The bed was so comfy. Moli (the driver), Alumita (restaurant), Percy (restaurant), John (driver) and Waqa (porter) were such lovely members of the staff who made our experience what it was. It is good that you can easily get a buggy as the layout of this hotel is 3km, and not something I've experienced before. Adults only section was good - swimming pool and Koro restaurant.

Breakfast was very nice they had a great selection. Our room had a very noisy Air Conditioning unit outside our bedroom and kept us awake all night so we moved to another room that was much better.

New Zealandresort too spread out and transport rarely came by. Breakfast way over priced for what it was, and really should be included with the room when paying the high price of a suite. Couldn't use the bbq in rainy weather as the outside area is not sheltered enough from the elements
