- I would say the room was quite old furnished, but give the fact that is was a cheap hotel compared to others in the area was not a big issue, just something I didn't like. - shower was a bit old and water was spilling in the hole bathroom ( not much we could do to prevent it)

Just the noise and vibration coming from the trains might be annoying at first. But this is a really minor thing.

Very cozy hotel in the old town. The staff was very friendly, abundant breakfast, near metro, bus and ferry stations. Easy to navigate in any direction from. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect and close to everything. Although the room feels small, it is very comfortable and has an extra small portal room at the door where you can keep your suitcases and shoes, which makes the room perfect!

It's not the first time we are staying at this hotel off-season. The location is very central, the staff's very friendly, easy check-in. The room is basic but has air conditioning and well functioning wifi. No car parking but you can leave it at the parking of Palace de festival, it's nearby.

Could not get lights in room to work. Used light in bathroom. Noisy outside if you had windows open. Probably did quieten down later . No problem if window shut. Slept well . Good clean bed linen.

When I got to my room I was confused as the hotel looked a lot lot nicer in photos. It is a 2 star so I guess it was as I should have expected but I’d forgotten it was as booked a long while ago. That said I think a refit would be a good idea.

Location was awesome. Literally 3 mins from station and off Rue Antibes . Front desk Staff were lovely and helpful .

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is on a great place, very close to the Cannes festival palace and the beach. You have Wi-Fi at all the time. The breakfast is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The unique but big issue for us was the AC. We went in July (hot summer) and stayed on the last floor, so I think because of the sun's incidence during the entire day, the room was always hot. The AC wasn't potent enough. If you plan to go in the summer, ask for a room on a lower floor.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. And for a 2 stars hotel, the facilities are great, many of them usually aren't available in hotels like that, such as elevator and hair dryer.

Stayed 1 week. Yes, it's an old, simple hotel but it was fine with me coz I literally only slept there. I asked for the room I saw on the picture and they gave me exact one 😃, with a big bed, I'm extra grateful! AC worked, elevator worked, they've cleaned the room every day, u can leave the key at the reception which was comfortable for me instead of carrying it with me. 3 guys at the reception were friendly.
