The room was quite hot and stuffy and the building’s air conditioning was not switched on. The location was fine for my purpose but is quite far from the centre.

The hotel is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is basic continental but the quality is good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I personally would love tea/coffee facility in the room. The room however did have a really good hair dryer.

the location is great. straight across the road you can take your tram back to the airport so very convient. its not to long of a walk into the city center so i think location is good to be fair. The staff were really really nice and friendly, very friendly. The staff make this budget hotel really extra great. I would have no problem staying in this hotel again.

I recommend requesting a room with windows on the side away from the noisy street Rue d´Omano. Breakfasts were good, but sometimes there were slow refills.

Easy-going staff, close to the light rail stop. You manage to get cheaper price because it is a bit away from the center but only 15-20 min walking

Room so small, 3rd bed were placed in room, and we can’t walk normally from shower to our main bed, in other hotels there a permanent bed, which suit in way, so we can walk normally in room.

We were 3 persons (with one kid), and hotel prepared for us all what we need. Hotel located around 20 minuets to walk to center. Good breakfast, and helpful staff.

The shower the water would go very hot then very cold it was only thing I really had to complain about and also I got bit lost as there is 3 hotels with the same name but are marked green blue and red which had me bit confused when I arrived but overall brillant stay

The staff where very friendly especially oceane who was so nice and friendly to me as guest also checked if I needed anything and had smile everyday and conversation she is a credit to hotel all the staff were friendly and the room was nice basic but very clean comfortable bed . And it is close to the city once u get the hang of the trams u can get there easily . The area is lovely overall I taught for the price I paid I got great value for money and I would definitely return to this hotel if ur looking for somewhere safe comfortable and ran by great staff come here I hope il be back sooner than later

Rooms a bit dated in style. No coffee making facilities or fridge. For the price of the room I would normally expect them.

Close to tram stop so easy to get to Bordeaux centre. Rooms were quiet. Easy check in and out.

I have reserved double room with sofa , end up getting smaller room with no sofa , not what I paid for. Breakfast could be slightly better options. Be aware you need credit card even if they don’t say that in there policy

Rooms have very little storage, a couple staying 7 nights will definitely be living out of suitcases.

The restaurant was closed on the Friday and the weekend. Breakfast was the standard continental. As it was busy I had to ask to get items replenished. You had to place the eggs in the cooker, most of the timers did not work, and if you did not stand over the cooker someone took your eggs, so standing for 5 -8 minutes to protect you eggs was a pain.

The hotel was very good value for money, All areas of the hotel were clean, and the staff were always helpful. The bar had a limited choice, but there was always something to drink. The hotel was on the Airport tram line into Bordeaux and at 1.8 euros and 30 minutes we were checked - in
