As mentioned by earlier reviewers it was difficult to avoid bumping one's head at times in some parts of the rooms. Although daylight was provided by skylights there was no windows to view the outside world

Very clean and well equipped flat on 4th floor. Lift available when needed. Comfortable bed and effective air conditioning when needed. Good information from the host about access. Closets tram line and good restaurants nearby.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. Near train station, also near cafes, restaurants, city center. The host was super nice, helping us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, full of light, medium spatious but it was perfect for us. :)

Sometimes it smelled bad in the apartment when we came back after we had been out. We couldn't really figure out why. But with all windows open the smell would disapear quickly.

The apartment has a great location close to marché de la libération and many shops. It's easy to take public transit to other parts of the city. And very important: it was quiet at night The apartment is small and comfortable, it had everything we needed. We were able to cook some meals in the well equipped kitchen. The desk and desk chair were also great to use. T

Probably worth wearing a helmet inside if you're more than 1,50 m tall because you will bump your head against the roof supports for sure a couple of times ;)

Very nice attic apartment with everything you would need for either short or prolonged stay. Right next to the tram stop and short walk from the main train station. A bakery is right around a corner and there's a lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The old town and beaches are in walking distance but it's also convenient to take a tram.

As it's an apartment at the top of the block, headroom is very limited in places. I can't count the number of times that I banged my head! Although there are small windows, the view is one only of sky... or rooftops if you climb the couple of stairs to look out of them.

A nice, fully-functional apartment 20 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Excellent WiFi, excellent communication for the host, clean, great for a mini break in Nice

the appartment was excellent, very good located, we had a lot of luggage and the elevator was a big plus, the AC was also a blessing in hot summer days. For those travelling by car, there's a big covered car park 100m away from the building (75€/week).

The key press was nearly impossible, and only the intervention of a kind neighbour who heard me struggling got me in! It was dark when I arrived, and I had to use my phone torch to find the lights, which were activated by a remote control that I didn't see at first. A few instructions would be helpful - how to find the apartment, the lights and the key press (beforehand), and then how to use the induction hob, the kitchen tap system, details of a few local restaurants, how the tram system works, and opening hours of the local corner shop. However, the advantages of the apartment far outweighed the disadvantages.

I needed to be able to get to and from the rail station most days for the Monaco tennis, and it took me about 15 mins to walk each way, mostly on the level. The bed in the apartment was large and extremely comfortable. The shower was also excellent, always hot water when I needed it. As the apartment is on the 4th floor, the small lift was greatly appreciated. It was a very quiet area and I was never disturbed by anybody else.

Everything. Great location, lovely light rooms and very tranquil as at top of building. Well furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We have returned several times now and look forward to another return visit in the future.

If you make any noise after 10pm a neighbor (Karen) will come and bang loudly on your door, yelling at the top of her lungs about the noise and make vain threats to call the police. So have fun with that!

everything was perfect, we felt very good during our 5 days stay in the apartment in Nice.

Location: very good, 20min walk to the beach and old town, quiet neighborhood. You even have street market right next to your apartment to buy fresh veggies and fruits. Not far from the highway, easy to access cities around Nice. Parking: easy, 1 min walk from the apartment, we paid for the entire holiday (5 days) for a reasonable price. Apartment: clean, everything you need is there. The sofa and bad are very comfortable. You even have an airco for hot summer days, this helped us a lot since it was very very warm in the day and night. I liked the fact that I had an office separate from the dormitory. The living room was very nice to enjoy a movie in the night and the sofa supper big and conformable. I also liked the decoration of the place! TOP!! Kitchenette: a nice surprise, we had everything we need, from plates, ustensils to cook. I liked that the owner left oil, pills for the washing machine, salt, pepper. So we didn't have to buys small things that you might leave behind. The host: very nice lady, we never met but she gives very good instructions and she is very responsive on emails
