The entrance and foyer are nice, and clean and have a few things for the children/family to do. The metro station is nearby, breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff are friendly.

GermanyWhen we entered our room, we noticed a bottle of champagne on ice. It was a surprise we didn't expect. Several minutes later, the door came open and two men entered our room (WITHOUT KNOCKING), using a manager's key to unlock the door. They grabbed the champagne bucket and left. It was very strange to say at least!
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Paris. We come back because of the convenient parking situation and the proximity to the subway stop. We also enjoy the neighborhood restaurants as a place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

United KingdomThe parking was not cheap or easy but again, to be expected so accessible to the city centre. We managed to offload our luggage in a parking space outside before moving the car to the parking adjacent.
The location is fantastic with a the metro station just outside. Eiffel Tower was only 40mins for us via the metro. Travelling with young children I was concerned about noise but it was fine and to be expected in a busy, central hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room clean and set up well for our family.
