The cleaning cost is included but seems that not done properly. (very dusty floor, dirty door in toilet). for small children is ground level apartment would be preferable, as the stairs can be dangerous, or you need to carry the kids.

The Apartment placed in very beautiful City Center, near by is parking, river and all needed shops and places to visit.

Only thing we missed was somewhere comfy to sit? But only so much room? Would have less table space and maybe two comfy chairs? But that's just us.

Was dusty, stairs and room upstairs were not cleaned but hostess was lovely and got her cleaners to clean the rooms very fast after my phone call. Living room quite small for a family of 5.

Very cozy apartment, in the middle of the city, with lot of turistic areas on walking distance . Good variety of restaurants un the same street and around. Easy parking area nearby at a fair price. Games available on the corridor was a plus.

There are no cloths or anything to do dishes. The upstairs room was very very hot so it was hard to sleep. Even with fans it' was 30 degrees in the room at night. Also it would have been nice to know where to park ahead of time.

Great location, right in the heart of the city centre, 1 minute from a wide selection of Bars and Restaurants, 5 minutes from the shops, in a pedestrianised area just 3 minutes from a cheap multi-storey car park. The apartment is compact, but perfect for a 1-3 night stop, with nice beds and a large clean shower.

The kitchenette and living room area is too small for 4 adults.

The location in the city Center is great. Parking is absolutely banned near it so if you have a park, there is a public car park 100 metres from the house. If you park from 19:00 to 7:00 a.m, the fee is 3 euros. Everything is within walking distance as the city is not very big. Our apartment was on the first floor of a historical building, a renewed Medieval 16th century house. It has no elevator, so it is not proper for a person with mobility disabilities. Once you get to the apartment, the kitchenette ( with a cooker, a fridge but no dishwasher) and a sofa are on the first floor and there are some stairs leading to the bedroom, which is very spacious for a double bed and 2 singles. They left us some coffee capsules for the Nespresso coffee maker, which we appreciated a lot.

We had a short but lovely stay at Au Verger. Check in was seamless and the apartment was perfect for our family of four. Very clean. Comfy beds. Parking for a while day was €18 in a parking garage about 3 mins walk.

I thought that it's an apart hotel with a hotel reception, if need for different reason someone who can give solutions quickly. All the interactions are by messages. Sometimes it's less inconvenient.

Location is the best that you can have. Near a lot of restaurants.

Awkward stairs between the living area, bathroom and the mezzanine bedroom. Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location in the old town. Clean and quiet and altbough the kitchen was small it was well equipped.

the photos on booking.com seem to show the interior of all the apartments so some photos aren’t of the property which is slightly deceiving. we had a child with special needs with us and the stairs up the main bedroom are very step and narrow

The phonic isolation seems insufficient, I could hear the activities from down on the street, from the common stairs, and the fridge was making alot of noise.

We came on a Friday night, beware, the centre of town gets really lively very late into the night. We had to keep the velux windows open because we came in a heat wave but otherwise, the velux windows block out all the noise.

Friendly welcome via phone call. Easy access and clear instructions. The place is super central and has a lovely view on the Orleans roofs and cathedral.

We were excpecting the flat to be clean which wasn't the case, especially in the bathroom.

The flat is really well located and quiet. The instructions to check in and out were clear. That was easy going.
