We had dinner on the first night. It's a high french cuisine, and honestly quite expensive, but the food didn't meet the expectations. We didn't return to have dinner again there. Beside that, the hotel is perfect.

The facility is exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is magnificent, with a nice village on top of the mountain, and small villages nearby to have a fresh croissant in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Benvengudo is a gem in Les Baux-de-Provence. The rooms are charming and immaculately clean, and the staff are genuinely warm and attentive. The location is serene, offering spectacular views of the Alpilles Mountains, yet conveniently close to historic sites. The on-site restaurant serves exquisite Provençal cuisine. I am not sure if there was a supposed to be drinks service in the garden before dinner, but having received the drinks menu, there was no-one to take the order which was disappointing.

Breakfast is alway outstanding and this was no exception. The setting and the gardens are a delight to be in especially as our room led directly into the garden.

The charging box for charging an ev is almost impossible to use for anyone without a French charging card. This is an issue since there are no other charges in the wide vicinity. In fairness this was not the only hotel we encountered with this issue.

A beautiful country hotel outside Arles. The grounds and pool and restaurant area are charming and calm. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was superb. It was a perfect location to explore the countryside and visit Arles, St Remy and the Carmague

The restaurant was closed because of off-season, so we had to go out to eat. The staff tried to help us with a list of open restaurants, but I would have rather stayed on the property for dinner :)

Sadly the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. This was a disappointment as we had to drive to another local restaurant rather than relax at the hotel in the evening, which was what we had planned. However the manager was very helpful and found us two good local places and did the booking for us.

Excellent small hotel in a perfect location for visiting the local area. Very comfortable beds - we requested mattress toppers - good breakfast and lovely swimming pool. Staff extremely nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

We were disappointed the restaurant was vlosed on Wednesdays. However the hotel recommended an excellent alternative only 5 minutes away.

Our room was described as 'garden facing' but it was not. It had its own entrance (partly screened) but otherwise faced onto a car park/turning area. Dusty access described above. Didn't seem to be able to order light snack for lunch

Breakfast; excellent. Room itself was ok. But it was quite a walk from the main building over stony ground resulting in dust clinging to clothing and carried on shoes into room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was well maintained
