We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsUnfortunatelly when we went for breakfast at 9.15 (breakfast is till 10.00) there was no bread anymore and they did not refill it. There are 2 coffee machines at breakfast room, big one makes not tasty coffee, luckily for us we discovered that small one makes excellent coffee.
Finally one hotel which understands travellers, if people are booking double room, mostly it means that people has with them at least 2 travelbags, and this hotelroom has big enough luggageshelf for at least 2 bags! Room is good size, bathroom too, it is clean, airconditioning is working manually, wifi is good working, location is little bit outside town center. Hotel has own big parking, and there is big free parkingspot next to the town center, if you go for eating there, because hotel has no restaurant. Next to reception, there is small bar at hotel. Breakfast was good, with enough choice.

NetherlandsIf you are going to provide a kitchen then a space to eat with a table and chairs would be good rather than having to eat on the bed. Also the is a stove but nothing to air out the smoke. We were scared of setting off the fire alarms. The location is very odd. Feels a bit run down. I was told that the hotel closes it’s doors at 10 but got locked out on Sunday with no phone at 8pm. I was not warned of this change on a Sunday.
It was clean modern and had a kitchen. Good air conditioning.

GermanyThe a/c or something in the room made a consistent clicking that we were able to cope with using an App for white noise-we couldn’t quiet pinpoint the source of the sound-perhaps the nearby elevator?
The hotel is a PERFECT location if you are in the area to bike-along La Route des Vins D’Alsace or the Canal de la Bruche towards Strasbourg. It is just minutes away from the bike paths. It is also a few minutes bike or about 15 minute walk to the quaint city center of Molsheim. It is modern, clean, comfortable with a/c. The breakfast was good with a variety of breads/croissants/fresh fruit/meat/cheeses/yogurt with toppings/pancakes/eggs/bacon, local jellies & honey. The staff was very helpful-she was able to point us in the right direction to start our rides. The hotel also had a good variety of maps/activities in the local area in French/German and English.

We arrived late but everything was ready for us to get our room. Someone from the staff was leaving after work but still helped us to use the station to recharge our electric car. The room was well decorated, the furniture of good quality, and the beds were comfortable.

IsraelWe were a family of 5, had to split between 3 rooms, no connecting door. Not ideal. But the total cost was ok compared to an apartment in Strasbourg.
Clean room, had a chocolate Santa waiting for us. Great view, blacony, all new facilities inc high-end shower and heating. Great breakfast, with a coffee machine assorted baked bread, cheese etc.. super friendly helpful staff. And LIDAL is just across the street...
