You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a big water leak from the ceiling at the main hallway at 2nd floor but there were no signs of repair by the hotel during our 3 nights stay, the hallway smelled funky as a result.

United KingdomThe room was a bit dark at night as just lamps on offer. The towels could have been a bit nicer and fresh sheets/towels each night cost an additional €15pn Though airbnb style apartments don't give this option so could be seen as a plus....
The location is great, only 5 mins from the station with bakery, supermarket and shop nearby. The room was functional, clean and staff very helpful allowing us to check out late. It's only about 10-15min walk from the beach and the centre of Cannes 5-10mins. Free coffee. Well worth a visit if you want to see Cannes on a modest budget and don't need a pool. Far lower cost than most in the area with only a short extra distance to contend with
