Food options in walking distance were limited (but we bought a lovely picnic from well stocked mini-market 4 mins walk away and ate at the table in our room which was equipped with crockery and cutlery etc.)

The friendly welcome, reception being organised for us ahead of our arrival, connecting rooms for me and the kids, with perfect, simple facilities to make some food and sleep comfortably. Nicely decorated rooms, good functional en-suite bathrooms. Perfect stop-over whilst awaiting another family member to join us to go skiing. Easy parking and easy to find.

The room furniture is plain and cheap for the price paid. The bathroom had missing pieces of walls in different parts around corners. There was a wet spot in the roof too. The floor on both rooms was damaged. The elevator has floor tiles and one was broken. One of the lightbulbs on the entrance of the room was defective. The quality of the breakfast was poor. It felt cheap and improvised. For the same price we stayed in a higher-level and better-located hotel a month before.

Super friendly staff at the lobby. Received us with complementary coffee, juice and sweets. It has a private parking lot with easy access.

Negative, only one 'eegs' service in breakfast. When finished there's no replacement. No lobby or other comfort room to rest or meet. No direct access to the entry by walking. You need to cross the tram line - easy but no usual. Lack of good signage for the access.

A good place just for sleeping. No bar, no restaurant, no lobby, but very comfortable rooms for the price. Breakfast average. Good front desk service. Had a small issue first day immediately solved. Negative, only one 'eegs' service in breakfast. When finished there's no replacement.

The facility is a bit old and not so well entertained but we only paid 50 euros/night... So we didn't expect much more.... We chose this hotel because they welcome dogs.... And we have a big dobermann.

Next time, I prefer a room at the back of the hotel away from the Trams. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes everything was great and a good selection, other times bacon was oily and cold and many products were not replenished. I did make one complaint about the guys next door to me, and my complaint was dealt with swiftly, and the next night, the issue had gone away.

Most.of the staff were exceptional and made me feel very welcome. The only ome was a night staff on reception who hung up on me because he didn't speak any english.

Smoke detector not fitted. State offer luggage storage- advised they do not when requested. Mould, staining throughout. Bathroom, walls, the lamp had mould patches. Unable to use a/c due to noise, it made Definitely not soundproof as advertised, can hear everything through rooms. Looking at reviews so mixed, it seems some rooms must be ok and others like this. Breakfast was lacklustre, likely nothing to worry but added to overall disappointment. Toilet doesn't flush properly, the cover to flush comes off, as does the bottom shelf in door of fridge. Essentially touch nothing. There's a piece of sharp metal of the bathroom door handle that kept stabbing into my hand. Sadly I can only add one photo per category

The bed appeared to be clean unlike everything else in the room.

There was a bad smell of food in our room and the aircondition was not working properly. The managers english was difficult to understand although they appoint that they speak english. The room was dirty, especially the floor and the switch on the lamp on the nightstand. The toilet could not flush. The breakfast was not very good. There were rotten fruit. The yoghurt was ok and also the coffee. All in all, we would not recommend this place for anyone to visit.

Quiet place to rest. Friendly and attentive staff. Nice and cleaned room. Comfortable bed and marvellous bathroom. Breakfast was really great. Thanks for your attention during our host.

The Italian style of the shower room was not really comfortable. Extra caution was needed when we took a shower.

The service from the staff was excellent from the beginning and to the last. The location was also excellent. The tram station is located within walking distance. Parking was safe. And the room was very clean.
