You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location : convenient - 1 km walk to RER(B) at La Place which gets you to the Notre Dame in 10/15 minutes. The staff were helpful and positive. The property is not new but it's well maintained and they had a good standard of cleanliness.

NetherlandsPerhaps this was just us (because it often seems to happen in hotels) but something in the air seemed to trigger an allergic reaction. Maybe it was the carpets or just the air circulation in general, but the air was extremely dry and made our eyes hurt (like on a plane) and our noses run. We opened a window, which did help.
The people at reception were exceedingly helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with my card, the receptionist remained completely calm and unfrazzled and found another way to let me pay. A person at the bar in the lobby was also friendly and enthusiastic. The room itself was very spacious and clean, and the neighbourhood is quiet and calm. Arcueil is not what you would call "exciting", but it's restful and low-key, and just a few metro stops away from the centre of Paris. There's a movie theatre next door, and a mall right across the street (which has several different stores, plus chain restaurants like McDonald's and Starbucks).
