Wonderful, friendly olde worlde environment with a really relaxing area inn which to enjoy a glass or two of local wine. The breakfast is outstanding. Delicious and copious. It’s great to have easy on-site parking.

There was a weird smell in the apartment, like it had been sitting closed for a very long time. Even after two nights it was still there

Other than breakfast there is no other food or snacks available- the town is very busy and finding a restaurant for lunch or dinner can be a challenge.

Beautiful old property, historical building in the centre of an absolutely beautiful medieval village. The hotel looks out over the square and is in a great location. Approx 30 mins on the busy to get to Colmar - the bus stop is less than 5 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast is buffet style, delicious choice of breads, meats, cheese, pancakes, preserves, eggs etc really fresh. We visited in December for the Xmas markets - a magical stay, the hotel’s decorations look fabulous and it’s is cosy, warm and welcoming- great place to stay!

Everything was so nice , the hotel was so perfect located, in the town center, so close to the bus stop .The hotels lobby was incredible , rooms were very well decorated. Karim and Celine were so kind ,attentive and helpful. If I come to Turckheim again definitely would book here .Highly recommended!

A beautiful old half-timbered building right in the centre of Turckheim with all facilities easily reachable (including to see the Nightwatchman). We had a large and comfortable room and there was a good choice for the breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a beautiful room with a huge spotlessly clean bathroom. The room was off the hotel courtyard. Extremely comfy bed and peaceful. The main hotel is so pretty. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. It was such a treat to stay there and enjoy an evening in Turckheim. Don't miss the night watchman outside in the square at 10!

No air-con but a new and very effective fan was provided when I asked for one (we stayed during a 32+ degree heatwave). Breakfast was expensive and a bit of a free-for-all. I would recommend using a simple local bar/boulangerie/patisserie.

Hotel in a beautiful old building in the centre of Turckheim. Large, clean, quiet, comfortable room with huge bathroom (no.26 directly onto the cool courtyard). Excellent helpful staff. Easy free parking directly opposite the hotel. Excellent lounge/public areas.

We have reserved a confort room which was not what we expected (very dark, old, not confortable bed and the bathroom was without shower, only bathtube). We were lucky that there was a superior room available in that moment so we changed rooms paying a very small difference in price. The superior room was amazing. If you are planing to stay in the hotel please consider that there is a huge difference in terms of space, venue, light and decor between the different types of rooms, which can change the quality of the experience.

initially we reserved a room in the second building that we did not liked, not luminous and without shower, only bathtube. we changed to a superior room in the main building that was completely amazing. We recommend you to choose this room (#3) is like being in the middle of a tale :) we stayed 3 nights wifi didt worked during our stay

Ask for a room facing the inner courtyard if sensitive to street noise and church bells chiming.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very unique interior design and a relaxed atmosphere. The exterior is lovely. The history of the hotel is also interesting. Very special place and will most definitely return.
