our room was very hot and there was no controller for the air conditioning. We had to open the window and there was a lot of road noise as the properly is situated on a busy road.

Be good if the TV was a smart TV

Large old building with high ceilings and huge windows and six boutique rooms Right opposite the citadel/park and even though one side is on a busyish road , our room was really peaceful Wonderfully decorated with bold artistic touches Room was very quiet and dark overlooking a quiet courtyard and had lovely large windows (no annoying little red lights or horrid air con you can’t turn off! and huge windows to open as well as shutters to block out the light completely) Simple breakfast for 15 euro - or head out to one of the many cafes nearby

Very small point : only 1 Nespresso capsule available in the room for 2 guests . By the time we realised Emmanuel had gone so we could not request additional. Also would be great to have real glasses in the room instead of plastic.. small details that counts.

The bed was good but instable on the sides so it would sometimes feel like you could roll out of bed.

The internet connection was unstable. The art is very different but tasteful in the room.

A beautiful room set outside the city with a view of the river and tree lined streets. We found the setting romantic and tasteful. We enjoyed the option to have breakfast in bed. The shower is large with quality products a towels. Very friendly and helpful service.

i realy enjoyed that they had art on display everywhere you would go in the house. The owners are super nice and will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They even let us leave our bags after check-out so we could still go out and explore. It's located right next to a very nice park where you can walk around the old citadel.

The room was an all-in-one room, with no separate bath or toilet. The bath unless closed very accurately will spill water all over the "bath/toilet" part of the apartment. The bed was a bit uneven and the matrass gave in one side, though I am sure they will have it fixed for future guests.

The room and decor was beautyful. Nice big windows to a little fake garden. The room had a bathtub. Pretty good location. Not right in the center, but near the citadelle and right on the Esplanada, and 10-15 minutes walk from the historic center of Lille.

Breakfast need to have more things. The same for all the days and we stayed 13 days there. Cleaning personnel need to clean under the bed, sofa and the TV table. Never cleaned them. Due to the wood floor and doors , noise was a little problem. Wi-fi was free but all the time with low signal and a lot of disconnections. I believe the price per day should be less. We paid 156 euro per day.

Excellent Location. Excellent building, old fashioned. Spacy room and wc. Free coffee,tea and water all the day. Helpful staff.
