We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceThere was very little not to like. If I'm picky then an electrical point at both sides of the bed (instead of 1 side) would be handy for phone charging but that's about all - there were other points throughout the room.
Clean, looked newly refurbished. Sheets, duvet and towels - everything freshly laundered. Soap, shampoo/shower gel provided. Very comfortable (hardish) bed. Great breakfast, croissants, pain au chocolate, bread + toaster, confiture/butter, cereal, muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit salad, apple and orange juice, coffee machine and all help yourself. 15% discount voucher to local restaurant (100m away) for the evening. What's not to like? Secure carpark with keycode gated entry after hours + keycode entry to hotel + card entry to room. 24 hour concierge.

This is a good stopover hotel if you're touring or traveling on business. I was visiting Roanne for a couple of days as well as touring around France, so this hotel met my requirements very well. The room is a good size and everything is very clean and tidy. It has all the facilities that you need and they all work. It has its own parking area that's free of charge. It's located on the edge of Roanne and right next to the major roads, so it's very easy to access. The people who run the hotel were all very friendly and helpful,

FranceTwo things that I found disturbing. 1) The room, when staying longer, is not made at all unless one ask for thereception. No men6tion by the staff, no discount offered. is only described in the lift. Unless it is described in the room or stair case, that because of COVID the rooms are not being made. there is no way of knowing. When you room is on 1st floor .... if the stairs are used. 2) the room is literally facing a very busy fast road and exit of the road .... so very noisy. I think the hotel should ask if this is ok.
I liked the staff very much. All are very friendly.
