You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaThe pillows (very soft and lumpy), the fact that I had to take out the trash otherwise I would get a 50€ fine. Ok, I take the trash out at home but I don't pay 120€/night. The whole studio had just one window. If you wanted air, then it was noisy. If you wanted to be quiet, there was no air and pretty hot.
It was spacious, it had nice furniture and a big bathroom.

United Kingdom- First of all, and the main thing which ruined this experience was the check in process at arrival. I made payment in full, and submitted the ID documents etc 2 days prior to arrival, yet I did not receive the code to access the main building or my studio apartment. I phoned Florella on my route from the airport and I spoke to Fabrice for the code. He was adamant that it was emailed to me, but it was no where in my emails/junk box but he said he will resend. I arrived in the pouring rain after a long journey and still no sign of the code. I searched on the booking.com app, on the booking.com website (via my log in) and also all my emails - there was no codes emailed to me. I called the "helpline" 2-3 more times and Fabrice refused to assist. He was extremely rude and hung up on me - (I would request that mgt should listen to the call recordings to hear how unhelpful he was). I waiting an 75 minutes before he bothered to email to my personal email address the access code to the building. I was so upset by this point as I am a cancer patient who was out in the cold, wet weather and he did nothing to assist me. He made me feel like I was pestering him. I offered to email details of my passport, my payment card to prove this is me - I did previously inform my time of arrival. The code I was given to get the apartment key from the secure box was also WRONG. I phoned the emergency helpline and I was told to wait another 15 minutes for the box to reset. I waiting and it still didn't open, so the Sophie told me to get a key from the emergency boxes on floor 4. All in all, I'm not impressed with the service. I waiting just over 90 minutes to get into my room - UNACCEPTABLE - The apartment was very cold as I visited in December. The temperature settings were switched off via the control panel so I was not able to switch on heating. - Rubbish/waste - this needs to be thrown away by the guest.
The studio apartment was perfectly located and was very clean, modern and a good size. It has all the amenities I required. The breakfast was just right and the service from Banana Brunch was brilliant. The lady was very personable and professional.

United KingdomThe downside is that the back bedroom and none of the bathrooms had natural air ventilation and the air condition didn't work properly. Overall cleanliness could be improved.
Location was excellent if one doesn't mind the fact that it is on a busy square full of restaurants and therefore it is very noisy till late. The flat is spacious and modern.

RomaniaWe had a problem with the apartment we initially booked. As soon as we let our host know, we were immediately moved to another apartment, which was better than the one we had before, even though it was a Sunday morning. We initially stayed in a mansard apartment and even with the air-conditioning almost continuously on, it was still rather warm. Even though the problem we complained about was resolved, in the future I would reserve the apartment we were moved to, viewing rue d'Antibes, which was marvelous.

SwitzerlandWater pressure in bathroom was uneven but ended up being fine once we figured out how faucets worked and the technicien came to adjust the toilet. All was fine in the end.
Location was fantastic and apartment was spacious, modern, clean, quiet (even though we were a stone’s throw from la Croisette) and well-equipped. Air conditioning was great.

Germany1. Three members of the staff kept sending intrusive messages on the day of check-in (there were 5 messages in less than an hour). Management of the property felt fragmented and disorganized. Florilla demanded things from us with urgency but did not provide solutions or answers quickly. It felt we were serving Florilla and not vice versa !! 2. We were informed after check-in that breakfast would not be served due to Christmas. We were promised a reimbursement (but it has not arrived) 3. We are a couple and we put that in pre-check-in survey… but the room had two single mattresses (2.5 feet wide) pushed together to form a bed - and mattresses kept moving apart. Uncomfortable bed !!! 4. There was an all night, very loud party in Apartment 621 which we complained about. We were told “sorry for inconvenience” and we were assured that Villa Florilla would appropriate the “deposit” of the clients in 621 but we were not offered any compensation (despite asking explicitly in an email). 5. The experience felt extortative instead of hospitable - it felt extremely contractual. there were warning stickers saying: 500 Euros fine for blocked toilet, 50 Euro fine for not taking out the trash, 1000 Euros security deposit if we want access to the apartment!!

France- Wifi didn't work, on my 3 mobiles, I called the reception, the only thing they said in a rude way: it's not my problem, you need to check with the technician, so I spent the stay without Wifi, disappointed. - Shower gel at the sink and hand wash in the shower, that we can't switch as they are fixed to the wall.
The location is great, and the studio is clean with modern furniture. exactly as per the pictures.

I suffered during check in as they sent me a link and asked to complete all check in and payment process via there. There was no person to meet and the link was in French and it was a hustle for an English traveller with limited internet to complete it. I got stuck for one hour on the street trying to check it. Please simplify your process as it’s the most complicated check in I have seen in my life.
