Simply divine place in a perfect location. The house itself is stunning with everything you need for a memorable stay!!! Would highly recommend it to everyone and surely would stay AGAIN!!!

This was a charming apartment, a thoughtful conversion in an old stone building. We loved the cut stone walls and the quiet location, just a short walk from the Quays , the antique shops and the lively restaurants and bars around the Centre Culturelle. Although we hardly used the kitchen it was particularly well equipped, and there were nice touches like the breakfast basket and selection of teas and coffees, and guide books in the living room. The garage parking was a bonus too, in a city where parking is not always easy.

Very cute studio equipped with every facility in one of the best locations in Bordeaux. The apartment was super clean and functional.

We were on the second floor without a lift, and it was a bit hard to manage the little one's stroller, shopping, etc, and the upper flight of the stairs was narrow. The lighting in the living room should be reinforced as it was poor.

The location is good with lot of shops nearby, and tram stop. The kitchenette was pretty useful and well fitted.

I can not find any negative comments.

It is compact but confortable and convenient location. Only 5 mins away from tram stop (Paul Doumer). Also the room has an air conditioner was a plus point when you are visiting in summer. The apartment has all you needs (kitchen, washing machine, ironing, etc.) I highly recommend to stay.

There is nothing we did not like. It exceeded our expectations for the price and location. We did wake up a little cold as it was icy outside, however we did not leave the plug In heater on overnight as it was a little noisy. But the flat warmed up quickly in the morning when we switched it on.

We booked this property due to its great price. As a family of three we were passing through the city on our travels so did not venture into the town centre, however the location was close to a tram and a short drive (10 mins) to a supermarket (Aldi) and clothing store (primark). The host was extremely helpful and answered the phone within minutes to greet us at the property. The top floor apartment was very clean and the gestures of complimentary snacks and milk was fantastic. We found the bed and sofa bed very comfortable and clean. The location of the apartment was very quiet and residential. The parking was first come first serve on the street and we parked a block away which was 5 minutes walk so not a problem, it was free in the evening until the morning so we did not pay. We have already decided to revisit and we would stay within this property in the future so we can see more of the city in a comfortable stay. 10\10

We had a great stay in Bordeaux. It was unusually hot in Bordeaux as we were there in October and expecting it to be cooler. The sky light that opened was a welcome mode to cool the apartment off at night. The AC was also very much helpful. The host was wonderful and available via text. I wish we had stayed longer.

Nothing. The apartment is perfect and staff were fantastic.

Loved the communication with the owners and staff. Very well informed and we were late arriving so used the self check in and key left in the door safety coded box.The apartment is only about a 5 or 6 minute walk from the tram station that comes from the centre of town. All very simple and hassle free. Apartment very bright and clean and there were lovely ideas and touches like small breakfast food left for us and water and juice etc. The WiFi was great and the shower was great and lovely towels left out for us. Loved it

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Good location in the quiet residential area pretty close to the city center, actually 20-30 min pleasant walk along the river. We find it very convenient a little extras in the kitchen and refrigerator.

The shower was slightly on the small side, as was the loo, and the upstairs studio doesn’t have a dishwasher, whereas the downstairs studio does. None of those mattered for a short stay.

I stayed in two apartments in this building. This studio is on the top floor, and slightly more dated than the ground floor apartment, but much bigger. So you have a trade off between size and date of refurbishment (although the shower is smaller upstairs). The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating, Chartrons is beautiful and peaceful, and you’re provided with orange juice, toast and preserves for breakfast, water and milk (which was a lovely surprise). It’s perfectly situated in the centre of Chartrons with stunning architecture and lovely bars and restaurants not far away. The river and the Jardin Public are 5 to 10 minutes away. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and has A/c which was important as Bordeaux was in the midst of a 37-degree heatwave. I would definitely stay again and recommend to other travellers.

Really good location for reaching the centre of Bordeaux. Tram station to centre 8 min walk or walk all the way - about 25 minutes. Secure parking is available on request (recommended). The flat location is in a nice communal area of the city. It is well decorated and well equipped. Good kitchen facilities and a good washer/dryer which we used. The lounge area was comfortable and the Wi-Fi to the property was very good. The bathroom was well appointed and the who flat was clean and airy. Would rebook next time we visit Bordeaux. One of our favourite French cities.

Everything was perfect, the location, the size of the studio, facilities, studio was spotless and ladies at the door were welcoming and friendly.

As we’re both in our 60s, it wasn’t easy to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs to the top floor.

The apartment was nicely decorated and appointed. The garage parking was easier than on street once we knew about it. Nice gesture to provide some essentials like milk.

The light at night was rather limited we had to ask for a side table lamp. Which they promptly gave us. No basic English channels on TV which seems to the theme in a lot of French accommodation places.

Location and spacious studio. Parking on street and off street parking available for a fee. Very quiet area. Walking to the river and caffe close.

The heating didn't work and it was cold. There is very faint light in kitchen, can't see anything. The extractor fan leaks constantly on to hob. We had booked the use of garage for our car, but no one seemed to remember. There were 3 of us but the flat was set up for 2: no sheets, pillows or duvet for the sofa bed, or towels for 3rd person. They solved it but we wasted a couple of hrs in the process.

The flat was clean, pretty and with everything you need (though much smaller than it looks in the photos). Well located within walking distance of centre.

The bathroom and and toiket is TINY. There is no elevator so it is challenging if you have big suitcases.

Location is in a very calm neighbourhood. They provide snacks
