Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent, spotlessly clean quiet modern hotel adjacent to the airport departures area. Fantastic to walk for only a few minutes along an enclosed corridor, with our suitcases, to the airport concourse at 6.00 am for an early flight. Very friendly helpful staff on reception. Would book this hotel on any subsequent visit to Toulouse.

All was too good to not like :-)
This hotel was a paradise in our view. After a very long trip from Montana (USA) we arrived and found everyone not only pleasant and helpful, but we felt we were special visitors and were treated like special people. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. This included making sure we could use their shuttle to get to the airport and back, and this included many trips since we had 3 different people arriving at the airport. And it was all free of charge. The breakfast was superb in every way.

Incredible staff! All staff, down to the last one, were exceptionally professional and incredibly helpful during a very difficult time for us as foreign travelers who were burglarized during our vacation. We were left with only my husband's cell phone and his wallet. Rental car had been vandalized and all baggage and computer and passports stolen. The front desk personnel at Holiday Inn Express went out of their way to assist us with adapting to use of free access computer and printer and assisted with train schedule info for travel to American Embassy for emergency passport purchases. Just such a comfort to have such understanding, sympathetic, and helpful hotel hosts! We highly recommend a stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Value for nightly rate is amazing with large breakfast buffet, comfortable bar setting and lounge, spotless reception area and very comfortable room with inexpensive upgrades available. Still thanking them from afar for making our traumatic experience less devastating by offering so much of their time and assistance.

Room and bathroom is really small, we were aware that in any case.
Booked the hotel due to early flight. Very convinient to reach the airport. The hotel met our expectations in general as we know the chain.

The gym is very small, does not have any weights or any muscle training machines

Nothing not to like for a comfortable transit hotel.
Our second or third stay at this hotel, and as always, friendly and helpful service, a comfortable night's sleep, and a very satisfying breakfast. We could even leave our car there during our three-night trip for a very reasonable price. Great water pressure, strong wifi, and so quiet.

The shuttle service starts too late for early travelers. The cost of taxi to the airport was EUR 20.
Met high Holiday Inn standards. Very early breakfast arrangement is greatly appreciated.

The hotel was superb. Really good Vue for money. The room was warm and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was superb, great range of high quality fresh food, the bacon being my favourite!

We arrived at 10 at night and the restaurant was closed. Although the hotel provided a list of nearby restaurants which were open, the choice was very limited and did not cater for our dietary requirements.
The hotel had all the facilities that we needed for an overnight stay.

no one answered the phone when I called from the airport to check about shuttle bus. breakfast was very simple but taking into consideration that it was included into the price, it was ok
Surprisingly nice hotel close to airport. Spacious comfortable rooms, super clean, nice view of the swimming pool. Comfortable bed, desk, very bright room with lots of light.

Couldn’t fault anything
Excellent value for money. Superb breakfast and very clean comfortable room. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. They even arranged a breakfast for us at 4am.
