Excellent location, you walk from the apartment directly into a lovely St Germain mini-square. Very nice view from the apartment too. Apartment is reasonably large (for Paris standards) and comfortable.

*I was surprised that my white socks became yellow. I tried cleaning up the floor but looks like they used something for floor cleaning which is with some colour and not possible to clean it. I don't know, but suggest to take with you slippers or black socks. *Take with you or buy Shampoo and shower gel if you stay more than 3 nights. Overall everything was good!😊 Thanks

I liked the location, because it is very near to the metro station and many restaurants, and shops are near. Apartment kitchens are filled with all the necessary equipment for cooking and coffee machines. Everything worked well. The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information for check-in.

Need a larger bin in the communal area! Currently just one small pedal bin in bathroom which isn’t enough when cleaning up apartment.

Really beautifully appointment studio apartment with modern finishes and great functional bathroom and kitchenette. Fantastic location to explore by foot and right next to metro. Lots of bars and restaurants around.

1. It was quite tricky to find the property. We saw somebody going in at a door and asked them, and yes, this was Conde Chic Studios. We would suggest putting up a sign with the name "Conde Chic Studios", which would make it much easier to find. 2.Our room on floor 1, had only thin see thru curtains. With all the street lights and especially spot lights, it makes it hard to sleep as there is light 24/7. Also the building across the street's windows faces directly which makes it difficult to dress/undress in the evenings with lights on. 3. Just take note : The staircase is narrow and steep . No lift!

We loved the roomy spacious room with a beautiful view down the street. It is also in a lovely, vibrant area close to the metro (Odeon) many restaurants and pubs, grocery shop as well as a laundry spot. Lovely area to stroll and close to Luxembourg Gardens too.

Lots of street noise even at night. Very narrow spiral staircase. No window blinds/curtains to block out street lights at night. No bedside lights. Minute coffee cups!

Just a couple of minors: There is no towel rail in the bathroom to hang a towel! The bathroom has a sliding door that does not work smoothly, so left it opened and kept the curtains closed on the opposite window! The room is warm, so a fan is needed, we had one in our room, but our fellow travellers in studio 4 did not! No tea-towel to dry cups/glasses with! No bin in the kitchen area, so I needed to use the small bathroom bin No main ceiling lighting, all lamps, so when you walk in at night, the room is dark, and you have to fumble around looking for the lamp switch! These are only small niggles and would not put me off staying there again.

Great room for a long weekend break for a couple. Situated in a fantastic location, with lots of bars and restaurants close by that are opened until late! but the studio has great double glazed windows, so it blocks out any noise (so long as windows are closed!) The studio room is relatively well equipped, with iron, ironing board, and hairdryer and microwave. However. there is only a two ring hob and very little worktop surface available, so cooking a full-on meal would be challenging! but you're not in Paris for that! so it's not really an issue! There is a kettle and nespresso pod coffee machine as well and a large fridge. Bed is very firm and comfortable. The hosts were great with timely communications and also very helpful, allowing us to check in early into one of the two studios we had booked (so we could get rid of our luggage), with the 2nd studio made available to us as per their check-in rules.

On the fifth floor without elevator. It was fine for me, but people with knee problems need to give another thought.

Just beside the Odeon station. Thus, it is very convenient and surrounded by many restaurants. Walking distance to the Cite Island.

No elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep, circling around like in a dungeon. Going up and down with a big luggage is tough. It is not a deal breaker, I will definetely stay here again when in Paris, but for some it might be a problem.

no hooks for coats or towel rails for towels . it just needs a bit more space to put stuff down - hooks would be great Also no air conditioner - unless the heater was also a aircon on the wall and we didn’t realise ? we couldn’t figure out how to work it .
