Not enough hot water or towels for two to shower easily

Self service check in was chaotic and o ly highlighted after booking. I didn't have internet so didn't know about it when I arrived. Luckily but scarily, the back door was open and I also found my room door open. Noticed that lots of other rooms were open too. Room ok but very plain. Restaurant across the road saved the day - worth going back for that alone.

Reasonable price and plenty parking not that far from auto route. Do t miss the restaurant across the road. Absolutely world class.

Smell in bathroom ( pulled trap?) Basin plug not sealing, Entrance door jammed.No kettle for tea/coffee, no USB plug.

Not easy to find the entrance and parking. We were originally booked into a different Ashley Hotel and would not normally choose an inner city stay.

Good accommodation for the price and good breakfast.

The room was mediocre and overpriced, but I presume the Le Mans Classic event winded the prices. Room was cleaned and sheets were done everyday, but the cleanliness level has room for improvement. Standard of the room is rather on the lower end. Additionally, there was no check-in information sent before arrival (even when I sent additional message), the self check-in machine did not work so a 10 minute call at 3am to a hotline was the way to sort out the issues. It worked out, just not an ideal scenario.

The location of the facility worked very well to travel to the Le Mans circuit. What really helped was a complimentary parking with lots of free spaces and a nice boulangerie close-by. All night check in was handy, too, but not without hiccups.

Nothing - room was clean and basic, as I expected.

Very clean, functional room with no frills and good parking on site. Suited my needs well enough, especially with an excellent boulangerie just across the road. Was pleasantly surprised to find room was cleaned each day, during my four night stay. Location for the Le Mans circuit is ideal but an hour plus walk if that it your only mode of transport. Church bells stop ringing at a suitable time in the evening and start again at a suitable time in the morning...so they don't stop you sleeping!

Noisy heavy doors. Don't expect carpet anywhere but good value for money.

the property wasn’t good for walking to places to eat but we found a great Thai buffet in the Family Village about a 5 minute drive away

The heater didn't work/ wasn't on and the room was cold. Our host gave extra blankets but it wasn't pleasant sitting around or getting in and out of the shower

our bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. I should say that the bed in the room of our fellow travellers did not have the same problem.

room was not pre heated so it felt very cold. only after a few hours switching the electrical heater the room felt comfortable, hence if you should stay for a few days and you keep the heater on it would be fine... there was still some hair near the dustbin in the bathroom wich means the cleaning was not very accurate in the corners and so on. we stayed already a few times in this hotel. first time it was more clean, guess i had bad luck last time ;-(
