We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location of the hotel is just great - literally on the main street, the staff were very helpful, there is a nespresso coffee machine in the room so that you can make yourself good coffee, the room is cleaned daily, wifi was great. Even a birthday gift was given to us by the hotel. Free croissants or fruit are available at the reception. Локацијата на хотелот е едноставно одлична - буквално на главната улица, персоналот беше многу услужлив, во собата има машина за кафе неспресо за да можете да си направите добро кафе, собата се чисти секојдневно, безжичниот интернет беше одличен.
