Excellent location close to both tram lines A and B, very spacious room, walking distance to most attractions, we were well looked after by the lovely staff and it was great to have the option of leaving our bags at the reception before check-in and after check-out.

Only two minor critiques. As mentioned, it is an old building and despite its charm, it might be due for some updating and freshening up at some point. We did not sign up for breakfast except for one morning when we were catching an early tour. The $15 per person was high, we thought, for a pretty rudimentary offering. So, skip the breakfast and find a nice boulangerie nearby instead. But, no regrets in this hotel as a choice when weather is cool. I don’t believe it has AC so be cautious in summer.

Charming old building, though a bit tired. In a great location in central Bordeaux, making everything walkable. Tram passes right in front so it’s very convenient. Our room was very large and comfortable. Small but equipped kitchenette a plus. Large bathroom with shower. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It was hard to get into the property - no-one answered the buzzer on the front of the building and I had to call the reception to get them to open the door. Furniture in room was a little worn out - the desk chair was quite unsteady.

A very pretty property💫The location is perfect & is stunningly beautiful! Close to the tram system, shopping, all central city sights & cafes/restaurants! Our apartment had it All...spacious + even had an amazing full kitchen magically fit into a cabinet....very clever & useful🤗 The staff was very friendly & helpful..Thank You all, we had a wonderful stay in Bordeaux!

Great location, was very easy to take the tram from the airport with a short walk to the accommodation. The building is beautiful with lots of history. Rooms were very big and had everything we needed for 2 nights

Central location and authentic Bordeaux architecture and interieur. The ambience puts a smile to my face. Facilities are great too with kitchenette and comfortable bed. I've stayed before and will definitely again. Merci bien.

L’Apparthôtel Particulier is a beautiful gem. Located in a street very close to the Cathedral. Minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is traditionally decorated with well appointed and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The space at the end of the bed makes it difficult to move from one side of the bed to the other (and I am a small build…)

Excellent location, a stone throw from the cathédrale st Andre. Very quiet rooom and very comfortable bed. Lovely to find an iron and ironing board in the room on arrival. The staff were very accommodating when we arrived prior to check in time.

Did expect Victoria type room that was shown when booked with fireplace and balcony but received quite modern room with bright red kitchenette.

very nice little hotel, very friendly (and beautiful - I know, not important but beautiful smile -) receptionist. Matched the following morning by what I guess was the owner who also had the sweetest and friendly smile. Very good location in the beautiful centre. Price reasonable. Small but nice room giving on the central court yard. Quite (no street noises); nice bathroom and shower.

No elevator so be careful if carrying heavy luggage. Room windows directly face onto street.

Super spacious suite, basically a studio apartment with living area and kitchenette. Comfortable and clean. Good location in main pedestrian area close to tram station. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Nothing, it was all great honestly.

Room was very big, lovely overview of the atrium, clean and tidy, great shower, comfy seats, lovely coffee and French press. Extremely easy to get from airport via tram to this location and it was very central. The staff were lovely and let us leave our bags there for the day whilst we explored the city!
