No AC or extractor in room, but room windows do open wide. Spa treatments were unavailable, but use of spa pool and sauna was. Gym facilities are very limited

Although the hotel stated there were tea/coffee facilities there seemed a reluctance to replenish these and we had to request housekeeping for refills a few times. Disappointed that there was no quality vegetarian option on lunch/dinner menu and we had to eat at other restaurants.

You had to book the spa area and at an extra cost. It is quite a small area so can see why but would’ve worked better for me to have just been able to pop down. It was lovely though and had amazing massage.

Nice helpful staff - especially the man at reception whose name I forgot to ask but he gave me some good tips. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Nice spacious room. Brilliant location. Spa area was lovely.

A good full working shower with good water pressure.

Location was excellent. Room was very good with great sea views. The shower in the bathroom was poor however. Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom lacks grab bars over the tub/shower…..a big negative for older guests. Pillows were like rocks, but were replaced by Housekeeping. Front desk manager gave me incorrect information twice, resulting in a wild goose chase and a very expensive taxi ride.

4th floor has been newly renovated, room was very nice, if spartan (no decor.) Bathroom was large and bright. The indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant are a nice addition (I’ve stayed here before, prior to restoration.)

First of all, the room was disappointingly small with an unappealing view from the window. The ventilation in the bathroom emitted an annoying sound. Moreover, the noise from the hallways was quite audible inside the room, making it very loud. Most disappointingly, despite being a spa hotel, there were no slippers or a bathrobe provided in the room.

The hotel's location is great, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is in front of the hotel. The hotel has a nice bar with an enclosed terrace.

A bit run down. Poor lighting in bathroom, bad hair dryers, no grab bars in bathtub shower so very slippery, city view is mostly wall of next building.

The spa was unavailable as part of a standard service in this 4-star hotel. We were informed we would need to book it in advance and pay an extra price for a swimming pool.

Room did not have basic things in it like toothbrush, shaving kit and drinking water. Had to ask for everything and it took a very long time and sometimes multiple reminders to get it. overall felt that the hotel is overpriced.

I could not handle the air condition. Always had the feeling that the air condition was running and there is a summing noise. Noise from street was quite loud.

Breakfast was good and sufficient. Big choice of warm and cold food/beverages. Room was very good. Bed was comfortable. Stuff was nice and helpful. I liked the electrical external blinds.
