We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast, we paid €20 each, and would have expected a lot more choice of cold meats, plus the cooked food was poor, and cold. Scrambled egg was overdone, sausages cold, mushrooms were congealed and cold, usually you get bacon, tomatoes, etc., but not here! Very disappointed. Also you would expect tea bags to be on display, but had to be issued when required!

BelgiumOverall it didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Everything was pretty good, but we noticed some wear and tear on furniture and equipment, cheap finishings... We paid extra for a room with a view and a balcony - the view is actually on the parking.
The breakfast was great, local products and lots of choice, decent price. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the spa facilities were pretty good and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
