The steam room wasn't switched on, our room was cold and the heating wouldnt go up past 20°, it was Dec and 1° outside, I slept in a fleece! The cleaners didn't clean our coffee cups or remove glasses from our room. The restaurant menu is very limited, eat out if there for more than 1 night. The bar is expensive!

Great location for Disney! Shuttle bus was excellent and the main train station at Disney made it easy to get to Paris and the airport. Staff were super helpful and friendly

The bed has a protection for the mattress .. it’s kind of plastic and you sweat a lot in it.. it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with that.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, great breakfast! Shuttle drives in 10min to the Disney parks. Free filtert water, what saves a lot of plastic and money.

We couldn't get the room temperature to be warm enough for comfort. The thermostat always hovered around 20deg even though we set the device to go 3deg higher. That was the only uncomfortable part for us.

The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The shuttle service, to and fro disneyland, was really of great convenience for us. It was a short stay but very enjoyable. Will definitely come again!

Most of staff are just miserable but not all of them and the parking charges are not 20 euros a day as they advertise If you go in and out of the car park multiple times you will get charged more than 20 euros per day and staff did not care less for this

Only thing was the room was advertised with a mini bar but wasn't and the tea/coffee wasn't replenished with clean cups and milk. I upgraded for a golf view but was overlooking the car park.

Location was fantastic for Disney parks and the free shuttle was a plus. Rooms were warm and comfortable, bathroom was very spacious and had plenty of hot water. Hotel lobby was very cozy with a log fire and the bar area had a nice vibe.

Cleanliness of the bathroom was not good, tiles in the bath need scrubbing! The coffee cups were not clean on arrival. Housekeeping came in and emptied the bin during our stay but never replenished the tea/coffee or change the mugs in 3 nights. 2 mugs for four people.

Hotel reception and bar area nice. Outside grounds lovely, peaceful area and mini play park for kids. Shuttle service to disney was always efficient and clean. Room size was perfect. Comfortable beds, kettle and a fridge.

Room is spacious enough for a family and the hotel has a nice location. They provide shuttle to Disneyland and it takes only 10 minutes to reach DW from the hotel.

All the reception staff we spoke to were abrupt and rude. The rooms were tired and old and the hotel in general was VERY cold. It took my husband 2 hours on the first evening to eventually get an oil radiator for our room and an extra duvet. Then they said they had fixed the technical issues with the heating but it was just as cold the second day. Luckily, we still had the oil heaters!

The bar staff were lovely and when the fire was lit it was comfortable to sit in the bar area. The entrance area looked nice. The shuttle to and from the park was a great service.
