We arrived at 3pm to checkin and reception was closed and did not open until 4pm. No explanation was given (reception is advertised as being open from 2pm) but we were offered free breakfast as compensation. However the following morning when we arrived for breakfast at 8 the room was packed and there was almost no food left so we didn't get our free breakfast. Two out of the three lights in the living room didn't work. The TV in the living room didn't work but the one in the bedroom did. The hob in the kitchenette needs replacing as it was very difficult to get it to work. Basically they need a good maintenance person.

The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished. The bathroom was great with double wash basins, a large bath and separate shower. Plenty of hot water. Both the living room and bedroom had large (double glazed) French doors and views onto the garden. Would be great in warmer weather. Safe parking right outside the apartment. Easy access from the motorway but a very quiet location. Great value for money. We will stay here again as the positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

The kitchenette was very basic, suitable for breakfast and lunch, but not for making dinner. Kitchen utensils needs an update, too many things missing. Not that we needed a big kitchen, we dined out every day, but maybe good to know for others.

We travelled in november, and this was a good off season deal. Big apartment, with big bed, livingroom and a small balkony. Small dishwasher was handy. Bathroom with bath and shower. Quiet location, still close to motorways. Close to golf course.

Dusty bathroom shelf, but the bathroom itself - floors, sink and shower were clean. One of the sinks in the bathroom had a broken stopper and it was impossible to drain the water from the sink. Thin walls.

Bed and blanket and pillow sets very comfortable. Free parking, right at the entrance. Very kind employee at the reception. Very large room size!!!

The location is remote from Avignon, you need a car for sure.

The entrance of all apartments have to be closed at 9 PM but we have found close door on 6 PM or on 8 PM. Don't forget a code for opening a door.

The apartment building and apartment needs to be renovated. Poor standard of cleanliness (dustballs, visible dirt on floors and walls). The swimmingpool needs to be renovated (badly stained surface, flaking concrete).

Nothing to dislike about the accommodation. Parking close to the room may be an issue if you arrive late as it did get very busy. Not easy to find if you don't have an up to date sat nav as there's been some road alterations nearby.

The apartments were huge and the bed was massive, nice, firm and comfy. There was a kitchenette, a TV in the lounge and another in the bedroom, comfy sofa, shower and a bath and a balcony.

Personnel was not capable to understand a single word in English, so communication was extremely poor. Weak organization/administration, we had a room for 4 people but the bed linens were not prepared. Cleanness was not perfect, too.

The drainage of shower cube is slow and its door didn't close well.

I hate running out of toilet paper. You book an apartment/hotel for 2 nights and 3 people and you don´t even have toilet paper to survive one night. This is a trend recently, with the excuse of environmental friendly hotel. But I hate as a guest having to go reception and ask for toilet paper. Another thing, the price of the breakfast is too high for what is available
