Had some difficulties around the room's AC/heating, the room was extremely warm but I figured out how to make it cooler eventually. Also had an issue with the shower draining but the cleaning team quickly tried to help with this.

Staff were really lovely and attentive. We were able to use the hotel facilities to work from, there were no issues regarding the staff, facilities, the location and my overall experience.

The room is very small. AC didn’t work and breakfast unfortunately was horrible - we were only provided with a croissant and a piece of bread.

I wish our room was not located near the service room storing all towels/sheets etc.. it was opened with a key any hour of the night, sometimes even 3am in the morning, and the sound of the key/opening and locking the door was quite disturbing so early in the morning. It would also be nice if the lobby had a toilet to be used by guests, esp when check out is 11am and flight might be late at night.

I liked the location as we were at the Yacht Festival, and walking distance, just keeping in mind that we had to be aware of the beggars outside the hotel (train station is across the street). The room was clean. Appreciated that our luggage could be kept after check out until just before departure. The Ladies at the Reception were very helpful for everything - tips/booking taxis, etc..

Since the hotel is right next to the station, it can be hard to sleep with the window opened. The bathroom was quite small. There was something plastic under the sheet of bed. The breakfast could be better stocked.

The location of the hotel is perfect for train travellers and the main attractions are really close by (in a walking distance). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was appropriate. The staff was really kind and the breakfast was tasty.

They don’t offer any room service and expect you to clean the property before checking out. Unclear instructions on what they mean by clean. Utensils provided in rooms were dusty, and the lobby looked unkempt. Seems like the hotel does not invest in cleaning. Room was clean though.

Hotel has a lot of good facilities, rooms are spacious, and the Executive Double Rooms have kitchenettes with utensils (don’t think the description mentions it).

The bed comforter was to thick so even with the AC is still very warm to sleep in.

For a three hotel, the breakfast and particularly the lady that took care of us, was very kind and nice with us.

Was a bit disappointed with breakfast, very small options. Also always walked from behind parallel road as the main road looks a bit dodgy, watched a fight one night next to the hotel entrance on my way home. Would definitely recommend avoid walking too much main road and walk from behind parallel Rd.

For a super cheap hotel next to a train station (i had a very early morning train) it was hard to beat for the price but the room was micro sized. I wouldnt have wanted to be there for any other reason than a late arrival and early wakeup. Receotion staff were amazing and super helpful.

They had a bit limited options for breakfast. You can either choose to have bread or cereals. I think it could be better if they had at least some cold meat or eggs. But on the other hand, it's all included in price so in that sense I got what I paid for :)

It's right in front of the main station and every touristic spot in Cannes is reachable by foot. It's a quite old building, but room & bathroom were clean, and all the necessities were in the room. Staffs were very kind.
