Although advertising parking, spots are limited to 5 spaces and none were available when we arrived. Our twin non-canal facing room was quite small with no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge.

The hotel is a good standard and location on the main canal is good. The bathroom was good with shower over the bath. Staff were friendly and had quite good English. Street parking seemed generally available and free from 7pm to 9am and about 2.4 euro for 2hrs but rises to 25 euro over 2.5hrs.

The "king-size" bed was two smaller beds put together, which is fine but there was a bit of an uncomfortable dent in the middle of the bed. The breakfast wasn't great, it says continental on their website, but they just bring you bread and things at the table without asking what you would like to eat (for the drinks you do get more choice). We asked for some extra croissants on the first morning and got those, which was nice, but on the second morning we got a lot of push back and some explanation about there being a limited number of things per guest. We did get the extra croissants on both mornings, however I thought it was a lot of uncomfortable back and forward with the staff for very little, especially seeing the price of the room and the breakfast. I thought this wasn't great, and overall we were quite dissapointed with the breakfast.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. Also th rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is really excellent, and we really liked having a tiny, almost separated area for our child to sleep in so we could still watch TV and talk once she was asleep. The hotel building was beautiful too.

Rooms are a little outdated and tired looking.

Second stay at this hotel. It is on board of the canal, a stone throw from restaurants and cafes. Good breakfast and warm welcome. For a good stay ask for a room facing the canal as otherwise all you will see from your window is the roof of the neighboring houses.

Bathroom was quite tired, I specifically asked for a bath & shower in the bathroom. This request was met, however I couldn’t use the bath as there wasn’t a plug!

No drawers to store clothes- had to leave them in case. Did not like basket of food for breakfast - would prefer buffet so can choose what you want. Limited parking - had to park in underground car park 22 euros per day.

Very nice hotel in city center just next to the canal. For the closest beach you need about 20 minutes walk but it is easy to access by car or bus. A lot of restaurants and shops around hotel. We had a triple room that is really very comfortable for a family. Private parking is available but remember to book in advance as it is very small (and can be complicated also for a big car). People working is hotel are very friendly :-).

The location is great. Setè is a cosy little place, and the hotel is in the mittle of it all.

The windows caught such a draft and would constantly rattle and bang - which after 3 nights grates somewhat. The bedrooms also felt like maybe a bit of an afterthought too - perfectly fine but not necessarily in harmony to the rest of the hotel. Also I think breakfast whilst delicious, was maybe a bit of a lacklustre offering for the price.

The location is spot on, and the interiors in the main communal areas are brilliant. The decor and the art has been so thoughtfully curated and really gives the spaces so much character. Chirpy staff and comfy beds too! Also the shop in the hotel is SO good, a real unexpected bonus!

No parking, no cooked breakfast for 12 euros each! It's just a continental.lack of facilities for kettle, drink, or water in the room. No fridge for storing cold water and medications. No dressing mirror when getting dressed for a wedding only in the bathtoom. One little very uncomfortable seat in the room, no bedside cabinets with drawers or any cupboard with drawers just wardrobe and one shelf. Need a little of revamp. Awkward lift as there are 2 staircases before lift and when you get to your floor. It is expensive for the quality apart from the location.
