Excellent location, comfortable, super clean, delicious breakfast! Caroline was super sweet and accommodating and made our mother/daughter trip that much better.

Caroline was an excellent host and gave us such a warm welcome. The location is excellent with a great vibe, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a very short walk to the nearest metro. The breakfast was a lovely set up for the day. Would highly recommend for a short break. Thank you again Caroline :)

Everything was great!

Caroline was an excellent hostess! At the time we arrived, she was there to welcome us and suggest to us the most important things to see. The breakfast was more than satisfying and I loved the fact that she noticed we loved the "pain au chocolat" so she replaced the croissants with it. We had the smallest room, however, it was comfortable enough and good for two people. The location is great and you can reach every part of the city quite easily. We will come back to Paris and for sure "Maison de Lea" will be our choice again. :) (Bonus points: We were allowed to leave our luggage there after the checkout since our flight was late in the evening, and we could enjoy Paris for a little bit more)

For longer stay (especially in winter) little bit more space for clothes could be helpfull, but we managed.

Caroline was an exceptional host. Room very clean, cleaned every day. Quiet place, close to Opera Bastille (walking distance). Excellent coffee, All our questiones were answered very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast with always fresh baquettes, crossaints, fresh, excelent , mild arabica. I fully recommend this place. Caroline thank you very much for your support and help. I wish you enjoy your Christmas and New Year holidays.

Some fruit and or juice at breakfast would have been lovely.

Our room was recently renovated. The bathroom was lovely with a stunning shower. There was some noise on the street in the mornings, but the windows completely blocked the noise. Only when you opened the balcony doors you realized there was some noise outside.

The stairs were a bit of a problem bringing up our heavy luggage- I knew about them ahead of time, but did not realize they were the circular type, so being senior citizens with several bags, coming up was a slight issue. Upon departure, Caroline was kind enough to help us down the stairs with some of our luggage.

We liked everything about our room and Caroline, the owner was very hospitable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was a typical French style breakfast and was tasty. Caroline gave information on several good restaurants in the area.

No street/floor signage so a little hard to find. But got there in the end.

Great location near 3 metros including Bastille. Close to great eating street Rue de la Roquette. Very comfortable room (Londres) larger than most in Paris. Warm welcome

A delightful stay in accommodation that exceeded our expectations.

The standard of the accommodation was high: spacious room, tastefully decorated and furnished, very comfortable bed. The location was perfect… quiet street but a metro station a short distance away, plenty of cafes and eateries within the area. Caroline was a very welcoming host who gave us excellent service. Would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

As there is no air conditioning a fan was provided but it was rather ineffective. Also there is no lift to the first floor, and the stairs are well-worn wooden stairs and a little slippery.

Caroline was an excellent host. She was very helpful and provided a delicious breakfast. The modern bathroom in our room was very well appointed, with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable too. She also allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day while we went sightseeing.

The owner was very kind and breakfast was good enough. The room was spacious and very clean. Not to far from metro or bus stop. Many restaurants and shops near the accommodation.

Room had a good fan and a window that opened but I could see it getting uncomfortably hot later in the summer.

Fantastic location, modern amenities, breakfast was delicious, host was really nice. This was the smallest room and the host was worried it might be too small for a couple but we found it just right.

Caroline is amazing. We love this place and all the comfort it offered. Location, cleanliness, size of the room, decor, close to the Metro station and many restaurants. We definitely recommend this place.

Caroline was very friendly and welcoming, delicious breakfast, and the room, even though Caroline did say it was the smallest, was actually perfect for our needs. Very happy with the stay and would go back next time we are in Paris. In addition the location was excellent.
