The location was great. The room was beautiful with a lovely view. Laurence was so helpful and gave us some brilliant local travel suggestions and restaurant recommendations. It was a really good base to explore the area. We would love to stay again in the future.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just away from the main restaurant and bar area, with sea views. We had a great view, and there is a lovely shady garden. Laurence could not have done more to help us have a great stay in Le Lavandou, and we had some super meals, walks and time on lovely beaches.

Great location and only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was great, very friendly and gave us some excellent dinner recommendations. The property has a beautiful garden area and a very relaxing vibe. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well.

The WiFi lost connectivity a few times for a few hours (router problem according to pop up message). When it was working the speed was fine.

I was alone in a double room so everything was great. For two people the room would be too small.

Its a nice and friendly place with a beautiful garden and very nice staff. On booking.com it says "seafront" and that is completaly wrong. Its in the middle of the village - no seaside at all. Still beautiful.

Not so much didn't like but things to be aware of: the wifi connectivity in upper floors is not great, but on ground floor with good large lounge with comfy couches it is fine. The parking available is on the street on a hill, as opposed to on site.

Liked the location - small block away from the heart of the center, with the added advantage of being at higher elevation with beautiful view of the bay. Liked the building with its court and terrace. Friendly staff. Water fountain for plenty of drinking water. Lounge / comfy couches with good light on roofed terrace -- good on sunny days but also on rainy evenings.

The welcoming, cheerful, helpful friendly staff. The location is superb, 100m from the main shopping and restaurant pedestrian area but so quiet and peaceful. No rowdy crowds or music till midnight. The garden is gorgeous. Lots of shade and a variety of chairs, tables and loungers. Very unusual at this price bracket. We enjoyed our Garden Room, #20, away from the main building in the garden.

This may just be rated a 2 star hotel but wow the staff ought to be rated 5 star at least. Always very helpful, genuinely really friendly and speaks good English too. The hotel is really cute with lots of thought behind decor and the garden is a very peaceful place to enjoy the continental breakfast and to sunbathe or read a book. Secure with code 24/7, security cameras. A stunning walk down to the beach through cobbled streets, local shops , souvenir stalls and boule areas. Private secure parking available in the harbour a few minutes away from the hotel. We arrived a day early with no reservation and after a late night call Laurence turned up at the hotel late at night and helped us out moving in temporarily to a room that had been cancelled last minute- we were very lucky. She helped carrying bags, sorting beds and bedding as well as coming with us to the car park- very accommodating and friendly and they all have been throughout our stay - with personal recommendations of restaurants, coffee shops, best beaches, how to catch the train to other than the local beach and booking boat trips, best ice cream place, launderette, supermarkets etc I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Clean and fresh rooms, bedding and towels daily. Good aircon. Sea view or cute garden view. Our daughters shared a room overlooking a lime tree and me and my partner watched the boats going in and out from our room.

Bad soundproofing between rooms. Nevertheless people were quiet and stay was nice.

Ideally situated close to the beach and restaurants but in a quiet Street The Owner is very nice and friendly. She was very helpful in founding a spot for my bike. The garden is great for having breakfast and the airco in bedrooms is welcome during hot days.

Lovely hotel, easy parking on street, short walk to the restaurants and bars. The main beach is a 5 minute walk away or a pretty path along the sea to a smaller beach Crique St Clar.

Everything met my needs as a solo traveller. I had a small, but fully equipped, spotless room. My charming hostess could not have been more helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated for town access, and the the local bus route East to St.Tropez and West to Toulon gives easy access to countless beautiful beaches. The ferries to Les Ilsle D'Or are only 5 minutes walk away.

There is no elevator. The staff were happy to help with heavy luggage in our case.

The staff were amazing so helpful with everything and every time. The room was quite big and comfy. We had great view to the sea and the property facing south made for some amazing sunrises. Breakfast was good, I recommend to try it at least once. We had no problems to park. We left our car there and just walked everywhere as it's so close to the city center and to other beaches around. There are lots of dining places in town so no need to go anywhere else. It felt very safe to walk around at night after dinner, quiet city and very short distances everywhere.

The family room is a little small. The photo suggests there are separated bunk beds. In our room there was a top double bed.

The location is amazing, very close to the most beautiful beaches in the city. The hotel is walking distance to the city center. The family room has a separated toilet and full size separated bathroom. The owners are helpful and very friendly. There’s a beautiful garden where pic nics are allowed at lunch time. Breakfast is ok. Covid measures are fully implemented.

Services are poor unfortunately Starting from reception, closed from 1 to 5 pm; as suggested in the message received we called before to inform on our arrival around 3pm asking to check in before 5pm but the answer was negative and not kind at all (!). Wi-fi was not working, even during the night; this is absolutely not acceptable for rate paid. Lately, I suggest to be less aggressive with customers having their coffe break back from the beach and not jumping from reception desk asking in a very rude manner room number to charge 2€ for am espresso! We would have declare it passino by your desk reaching our room. And - please - use English and not French only, especially in important messages sent to customes by mail.
