You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe absence of a fridge in the room. Tea/coffee facilities were available on request. We understood that the hotel is undertaking renovations.
Excellent location and very helpful staff. There was an issue with our room, which couldn't be fixed, and along with apologies for the inconvenience, we were given a pack of wine and delicious biscuits. The consideration of the staff was appreciated as we had left an unacceptable Airbnb booking early to check into Le Grand Hotel.

Check-in was fine. In fact, the receptionist was happy to let my practice my somewhat limited French. I appreciated the chance to use my French. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast the following morning was good - with a wide choice of food available. Le Grand Hotel's location was very convenient. It was just a few minute's walk away from Strasbourg's main railway station.

Opposite the main Salzburg rail station and walking distance to the old town, the location was excellent. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but still provided a good service. The breakfast was good and the hotel provided luggage storage. Also, there were no problems waiting in foyer area for our train following checkout.

We had a great stay at Le Grand Hotel. The location is extremely comfortable to reach the train station as well as the beautiful city center. The bed was super cozy and the beautiful new rooms were equipped with isolated windows to ensure a good sleep even in the central area. The staff was amazing. Especially Jennifer did an extremely good job by being super friendly multi-tasking in buy situations and providing great customer service at the same time. Thank you!
