We booked the cheapest option. Since we arrived late, all of those rooms were already full so we got an upgrade. They overbooked. We were really lucky that we had one specific stuff member. The other one who was there wanted to charge us more for the room, even though it was not our fault.

This is the most disgusting "hotel" I have ever seen in my life. Do not book it. It is old, run down. There was hair in the bed, hair in the shower, the whole place absolutely stank of sweat. I would rather sleep in the ditch outside. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not very properly advertised as there was no towels and the room was big enough for one person No own utilities Have to share bathroom and toilet. It's a little bit out from the city about 30 mins out

The location - it's 10 miles outside Marseille. There's nothing nearby - literally nothing. The hotel did not provide towels until we prompted them, two days into our stay. The shared toilets and showers were dirty, some of the locks were broken. The bedding was old, the furniture very dilapidated. There was a dangerous unmarked step from the bathrooms/toilets and one of our party had a bad fall leaving one of the toilets. The bunk beds in the family rooms were impossible for an adult to climb up/down - there were no friction boards on the ladder, which was really steep. Frankly they are dangerous. Many of the party took the single mattress off the bunk bed and slept on the floor as they couldn't face the climb up the ladder. The hotel has several broken bedroom windows visible from the car park. There are holes in the walls where some plumbing work has been carried out. The only catering offer is a vending machine in reception, and the nearest shop is a boulangerie about 2 miles away. Several of our party expressed the view this was the worst hotel they'd ever seen and two people actually moved to an Air BnB rather than stay another night. To describe this hotel as basic is euphemistic beyond belief. Booking.com should stop offering this hotel - it will give you a bad name.

- We got told to purchase our own towels - The Double bed room had a poor mattress it was very hard to sleep comfortably - The other room we had purchased had a broken air conditioner - My youngest child had to sleep on the floor despite us booking 2 rooms for 6 people - The toilet in both rooms had failed to offer hand soap or basic necessities needed in a toilet - When I had showered in one room water started to spill from underneath the door and into the room, when I had raised concern about this I was given two bed sheets and was told to put it on top of the water.

The communication of the reservation left much to be desired. I requested the modification of the reservation for the next day. I applied for booking and it was accepted. But in 24 hours I did not receive the confirmation. My mistake was that I did not contact the property. But I am used to receiving confirmations immediately in similar situations. So I paid double for just one night. The good thing was that they had rooms because otherwise I would sleep in the car. If I recovered by booking the money paid in vain it would be perfect. The reception did not respond for 24 hours, although it says that it responds within a maximum of 12 hours. I stayed quiet and when I arrived at the hotel I was told that I had no reservation and that I had it for last night. Instead of 31 euros I paid 62 euros. When you have as many reservations as I had and you have a long way to go, it's hard not to miss something.

They had a sink in the room and a microwave in the hallway. In shared rooms this helps a lot. Friendly hotel, lots of people, good price. Great location. Excellent for transit. Tv in rooms. Coffee machines, juices, etc. Good prices.

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen . I don't recommend this hotel. The room was not as in the pictures, seem much more like a prison, a lot of dirt !

I believe a second class camping would be more efficient and health conscious.

Very little to like. Shared toilet and shower facility at its most basic. I believe the owner to have a generous soul and was helpful regarding arranging off-site transport.
