Absolutely fabulous bed in the Privelege Room. Great buffet breakfast. Worth paying a little bit more to stay here than in any of the cheap as chips "sleep in a box" hotels.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel at night. Location was close to motorway, a bit remote. The hotel secured a deposit which should be returned after checking out. The reception guy charged that and took a while to get the money back, had to give the hotel my bank details.

We booked 2 hours before arrival close to midnight. Helpful guy at reception. Good size room, met our expectation. Good size bathroom and good water pressure. We spent one night only before flying. Next morning spent couple of hours in the lobby. Reception lady was very helpful and attentive.

The lift and some common area is a bit old. Restaurant is closed during the weekend. Beware if you need dinner you may need to go to the city.

The hotel is a convenient location if you wish to do a stopover to Mont-Saint-Michel. The room is very large and clean with a big TV.

The staff especially Mae who is wonderful and helped us with many things. Also the restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The food is exceptional and the price is very reasonable. We stayed a week and found the location great for touring. The full breakfast is also terrific and has everything from smoked salmon to meats and many cheeses pastries fresh squeezed juice. The beds are king size, which is rare in France.

There was no gel in the shower: the only missing issue. Price of breakfast is too high, so I did not take it

I appreciated very much not having plastic for the glasses in the room, though still mineral water was in plastic bottle. The staff was impeccable

Room could have been cleaner. Debris under bed and carpets dirty. Coffee/tea tray, water, tissues in bathroom not replenished On an industrial estate, not in centre, nothing around it to walk to so it’s not the place for sightseeing.

Location off the motorway, perfect for stop off. Outside of city centre so not busy if just stop over. Family room great-2 separate rooms with a secure entrance vestibule between them. Free parking. Very good value and basic but adequate breakfast included.

A little hard to find, it’s in an industrial estate and took us a few laps to find, don’t follow your Google maps!

It had free parking right out front and the staff were really friendly. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and quiet. Staff had set up a baby travel cot for us so it was ready for when we arrived which was very helpful and kind.

The room and the hotel need a good facelift and an update. Moreover, we settled the bill upon check in, but the next day when checking out (we stayed for 1 night) the receptionist said that she needed to charge us for the city tax (less than €5). Why did the colleague not charge said tax immediately when we were paying the bill? Strange approach.

We were given a room upgrade (privilege unless I am mistaken) and we did have a big room and a massive bed... BUT... the room and the entire hotel are dated.

I booked this hotel because the Restaurant was highly recommended, sadly it was shut so I couldn't eat there. I was offered a plate of cheese or meats but decided to drive out to find an alternate restaurant. It spoiled my evening somewhat.

The room was lovely apart from a flicky light bulb in the bathroom, the parking was good and easy to get on and off the motorway.

The sheer curtains in the room were very grey and badly in need of a clean. We stayed for three days, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, we left on Saturday. the Restaurant was only open on the Wednesday night. if the Mercure want to advertise as a 4 star hotel, I would suggest they invest in catering for their clientele and have a restaurant open 7 days per week, particularly as the Mercure was in an industrial area where there were no other restaurants to walk to. on our last day, sadly there was no food left for breakfast, and even though they gave us a discount, running out of food in a 4 star hotel is terrible. Mercure need to lift there game,they even charged me for requesting a taxi!

we had a three night stay in the Mercure Hotel, the beds were comfy, and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, polite and kind and the restaurant on site had quite nice food on the night we went there to eat.
