I booked a room at this hotel twice. Unfortunatly I became unwell before the date of my arrival at the hotel. I sent an email to the hotel asling them to cancel my last booking the day before I was supposed to travel. I had bood a free cancellation room that allowed me to cancel before 6pm on the day of my arrival. At my surprise the hotel refused to cancel my booking and this based that I had already cancelled another time and because the room rate beeing under Euros 40.00, they did not accepted my demand of cancellaltion. I had a medical certificate issued by my doctor in Switzerland where it is written that I was not allowed to travel for 2 weeks . Doesn't matter if the room rate is cheap or not, if the customer books a room using a cancellation free before 6pm on the day of arrival, the hotel should accept the cancellation.

Room small but OK except window seals didn't work, heating temperamental,so room was very cold in January. Nice Receptionist from Kyriad gave us an extra blanket

One of our rooms had not been valeted, so moved 16 to 6. Smaller and noisy. Kept awake until 2am by inconsiderate guests outside. Not good when a long drive next day.

Room was awful...VERY small. shower/toilet was very tight...smaller than on submarines!! Door opened to hit the bed...not enough towels or a floor mat. Lots of upgrades needed...rotten door, carpets looked dirty, the wheel access wasnt thought through

No check in staff before 17:00. Cannot pay cash untill 17:00. Check in machine can be a problem. Shower cubicle is Tiny. I'm 6'6 but even a small person would struggle. AC didn't seem that great. Very little English spoken by staff if any. Cleaning staff might be the only ones on site and aren't very helpful. They were also seen in a group 4-5 outside smoking and chatting for quite a while. People often loud in the corridor and not considerate of others. The bedroom feels very small (maybe 3mx2.5m). And NO Space between the single beds.

The room is a tiny little shelter. The bathroom is even smaller. It's impossible to not flood the bathroom whole showering. It seems the bathrooms are the same like in mobile-homes, everything is made from one piece of plastic. There was dirt all over the room. The floor hasn't seen any vacuum cleaner for years.

The lady at the reception was very friendly.

Despite booking in advance and having a confirmed reservation the machine failed to recognise it despite help from the lovely cleaning staff. Fortunately the"24 hour" receptionist arrived before too long so our frustrating wait was cut short.

Coffee machine was broken Some fellow guests were very noisy, slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridor late at night.

Small room but felt more spacious. Good aircon...weather was sweltering. Again, although small cubicle, shower was good. Handy for autoroute.
