You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Brice on reception was very helpful and sourced an extra blanket for us (it was -7 outside when we arrived) and also some nice hot tea, so big thanks to him. Room was warm and bathroom very clean. Breakfast offered a great selection including toast, which is not always available outside the UK. Location close to the motorway was very good for us as we were in a hurry, and it was not noisy.

United KingdomThis hotel is for a stop over. It is close to the main motorways with easy access but it is on an industrial estate with a long walk to local shops, restaurants etc or a drive to Reims.
Helpful friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. I like this hotel and have stayed a couple of times, the important thing for me was the secure free parking.

Breakfast was good, well presented. Staff on reception were nice. Easy to get out of Reims....initially. Tramway was a good walk away but fantastic to get you into the centre, as you were a 4km walk in and out.

One side of the hotel is really loud (industrial car repair?). Also the smell in the room was very bad. I usually never do this, but I had to ask to change rooms. On the other side (parking side) everything was fine.
